Any inputs on Curves?
It sounds interesting that only takes 30 minutes of exercise and that there's no men around so you don't have to be conscious!

attended around 5 sessions at bgc branch. i got interested kasi i was a newbie and i was very shy to go to a regular gym where there are bulky men haha!

the instructors are very hands on. the class is OK. their equipment are well rounded to target each muscle. the routine is never changing except for the recovery part kaya eventually i got bored. but for those who are looking for a simple daily workout, this is good na rin. :)
