^ In my experience naman it's the head coord talaga who answers the inquiries (Sheena of SMA, Thoffy of EBT, Anton of Okasyon by Anton, Ayie of Imbitado, etc) so dun pa lang na-gauge ko na sino prompt mag respond kasi like si Ayie for sure super busy pero ang bilis mag reply hehe.

^^ Sis ang basis ko lang din bukod sa good reviews (because most popular coords naman have only good feedbacks talaga) I made sure we jived. Tamad ako mag-meet ng suppliers pero si coord mineet ko talaga muna bago namin binook. I imagine it will be hard working with someone na hindi mo makakasundo.

^Actually dun na din ako nag base sa mga immeet ko..yung mabilis mag reply and handled my inquiries well. Busy kayo pero ako din busy pero kayo negosyo nyo yan. Part ng business nyo is inquiries and its a must have to handle them well. I dont expect an immediate reply but anything beyond two days (except weekends or holidays) is a dealbreaker for me. I think medyo reasonable na expectation naman yun. For sure naman araw-araw kayo nag ccheck ng email, fb and text. And if they dont check, well maybe they're in the wrong business.

I agree na sina Rita Neri may full time staff handling all operations kaya mabilis..its part of what youre paying for naman eh. Appreciate ko din naman na when we met them kasama mismo si Tita Neri and operations officer nila.

Im close to securing my coordinator na, im just going through the contract na lang. Basis ko is like ive said, handled my inquiries  well and then jive kami, medyo same kami ng principles sa wedding and plus na din na ilang beses na sya nakapag wedding sa venue namin.

Imbitado has been very helpful to us kahit na OTD lang ang kinuha namin sa kanila. Ayie still gives suggestions whenever naguguluhan kami kung sinong supplier ang kukunin. 
There are times lang na she would reply after 1-2 days, but I understand kasi busy nga sila.

^ Hi sis! Not an Imbitado bride but when I inquired some weeks ago, 28k sila for OTD alone,  OTD with hosting is 33k.

Former Imbitado Events bride ako, we got them for 13k (OTD) + 3k (Ayie as Host) for our 2016 wedding - the catch was we locked their 2014 rates, October 2014 pa lang naka-book na kami sa kanila.

Sis, maybe this can help. I got Bells and Wishes in my wedding last December. Actually, I got them for Half-way Coordination pero parang Full Coordination na din ang dating sa sobrang accommodation nila. Most of my suppliers na recommended nila, super maayos ang output. Plus I got those suppliers at a discounted rate.

They are still affordable to think they're a bit higher than your set budget. But they are really worth it. Medyo mahirap kasi mag-risk sis sa nakatipid ka nga pero sakit ng ulo naman. BTW, may promo pala sila na 25% off for OTD. You can contact them in FB. www.facebook.com/bellsnwishes

Anyone heard or have worked with Glam Details Wedding and Events?

I'm a stone's throw away from booking them. I checked their fb account and seems legit to me. Kaso wala pa akong nakikita dito sa female network who got them as their otd coord.

They're very reasonably priced but will increase by july ata. Tagaytay based sila but even with the ootf pasok parin sya sa budget ko. I hope meron dito ang makatulong sakin. 

Nangangarag na akong maghanap ng otd coord within my budget range.

Okasyon by Anton Sarcia graduate bride here last January! Smooth sailing ang wedding namin because of them. Nasunod ang timeline, walang nagutom, walang nagreklamo. Kilala na sila ng mga suppliers namin kaya parang isang barkada lang kaming lahat. Sobrang importante talaga ng OTD in my opinion kasi talagang ang hirap mag-isip sa wedding day, lutang ka and overwhelmed sa lahat ng nangyayari. Choose your coordinator wisely mga sis! Booked na rin si IE on our date so now its between KTG and Events Embassy. Natuwa ako kay EE kasi tumawag talaga sila kahit initial inquiry pa lang ako tapos nagaadvise na rin agad si Cathy ng churches na malapit sa venue ko.

^ Next year pa my wedding but so far satisfied ako with SMA. Sheena makes sure to respond within the day kahit dis oras nang gabi ako mag tanong minsan. Marami rin siya feedbacks about suppliers, like this designer that I was so close to booking apparently delayed ang output etc. You may also ask her for supplier recommendations, though 'yung mga recommended niya mid-range and up.
