Hi sisses! May kilala ba kayang OTD Coordinator in Batangas para walang OOTF and less than 10k sana? I know it's too cheap pero this is our only budget. We initially plan not to have a coordinator since ours will be an intimate one ~ 50-60 closests family and friends as guests. But I realized na baka need talaga and want our options to be open in case we really reaally need one. Tia! Mwah!

Ask around ka sis baka pwede liitan nila team nila on your day since onti lang guests mo.

hello mga sis pa help naman i'm still looking for an otd coordinator with hosting na rin.. booked na sila okasyon by anton, imbitado events, events by thoffy and 7ten5 events sa wedding date ko. Pa suggest kung meron pa bang ok na coordinator? tia!

Imbitado has been very helpful to us kahit na OTD lang ang kinuha namin sa kanila. Ayie still gives suggestions whenever naguguluhan kami kung sinong supplier ang kukunin. 
There are times lang na she would reply after 1-2 days, but I understand kasi busy nga sila. 

Hi sis, is it true na tumatanggap na sila ng 2 events in one day? Anyway, nakita ko kasi sa website nila na 2 yung naka-booked for Nov 28, 2018, team Anton yung isa.

Hi girls! Worth it pa ba kumuha ng OTD Coordinator if:
1.) 3 months or less nalang before the big day
2.) you trust your suppliers (venue, food, p/v)
3.) 'slightly' small event lang (pref. max of 100pax)
4.) civil garden wedding (PS lang, no SS, no BMs, etc.)
5.) budgetarian wedding (willing to book OTD if less than 10k ang fee.

I have a friend who got married last Feb, di sya kumuha ng OTD Coor, pero 3 bestfriends nya ang tumulong
Catholic wedding yun,, so sila bestfriends ang taga ipon ng mga primary and secondary sponsors bago mag start yung wedding..
Sila bahala sa mga symbols
di nila na witness mag march yung bride and yung kiss after ng ceremony, nauna na kasi sila sa reception, though walking distance lang sa church..
Sila sa registration, pero onti lang din guests, like less than a hundred..
sila guide ng emcee pagdating sa program

So ayun, madami pa sila iba gawa for the bride..pero I'd say, relatively smooth naman yung ceremony and reception/program..maiksi lang din kasi..

^actually, wala sis. or wala pa ako maisip na iassign sa part na yun since gusto ko relax lang ang lahat otd. we'll try to check our budget ulit if kaya pa.

^ I suggest to get an OTD coord kung wala ka talaga maaassign na someone to supervise on the day.  para hindi na din kayo maistorbo in case magkaroon ng aberya. I think for a small wedding like that, may makukuha ka for 10k below.

Hi fellow brides to be! I've read here na okay ang okasyon ni Anton Sarcia. i'm planning to get otd and hosting sa kanila. okay ba sila both otd and hosting? Budget ko lang din is below 20kphp. Thanks so much!

Not sure about the hosting kay Anton. Pero yung OTD nila okay from what I've observed.

Hello everyone! December 2018 bride here. I am seriously torn between Okasyon by Anton and Dazzle Events by Rio de Guzman.

Rates are as follows:
Okasyon - 15k with hosting
Dazzle Events - 25k with hosting

10k din ang difference nila but Dazzle Events has a lot of good reviews. Kaunti palang din nababasa ko dito about Okasyon. Please help me decide. TIA.

Hi sis stellasgaze and attycaqj, Imbitado Events bride ako and Anton was my bridal assistant. That time, natuwa na ako sa kanya, he was very witty and efficient. Nakakatuwa siya kasama kasi he makes witty remarks kaya kahit pagod na kami, nakakatawa pa din kami. Also, he was very efficient, anticipated niya ang mga needs ko and alaga talaga ako. Hindi na nga nagka-chance na sumakit ang paa ko sa high heels kasi immediately after ceremony tinanong ako ni Anton if gusto ko na isuot ang flats ko (which he got from me earlier sa hotel).

One of our friends recently got married, medyo mabilis ang preps dahil less than 3 months preparation so we recommended Okasyon ni Anton dahil booked na ang Imbitado Events. Sila ang kinuha ng friends namin and our friends were so grateful after the wedding dahil ang gaan daw katrabaho nina Anton - the wedding went smoothly and wala kaming narinig na bad feedback. They also got him as the host - magaling din si Anton and he was able to engage the crowd. Sobrang saya ng single games nila. lol


I'm so grateful to GT kasi dito ko nabasa ang about sa Imbitado Events and they were just perfect. I think Anton is also very good lalo na he also works under Imbitado Events.

Thanks for your advice peachlipstick. Ibbook ko na si Anton today sana unfortunately sabi niya booked na daw wedding date namin. Parang last week lang ako nag inquire then available pa tas ngayon booked na daw.  The search continues.

^ Hello! From what I've observed sa wedding I've been to recently, very okay ang Stat Events. The bride's assistant never left the bride from preps to reception. Todo asikaso din sya. Yung flow din from preps to reception was smooth. Wala akong napansin na aberya and very visible sila. Other coords kasi parang nakikipaglaro ng taguan. Haha!

Our top choice talaga is Imbitado pero booked na sila on our date. Same with Okasyon by Anton, 7ten5, SoFem.
