Babies due on FOURTH QUARTER of 2017 (OCTOBER, NOVEMBER and DECEMBER)

We tried 3D scan instead of CAS, hindi kasi recommended ng OB ko.

We had the scan at Baby Ultrasound (Rob Manila), super worth it. Ang babait pa ng mga staff. We first tried it nung 19 weeks ako tapos dahil mas ideal daw yung 3D kapag mas developed na siya they scheduled me for another free re-scan on my 26th weeks, kababalik lang naman last Friday at super amazing na makita siyang healthy at hyper sa loob. Marunong na din siya mag thumb suck. Sobrang aliw talaga lalo na at libre, we had the scan for almost 30-45mins, masyadong kasing pabibo ang baby boy ko ayaw tanggalin ang kamay sa mukha kaya medyo natagalan silang icapture yung face niya.


Super worth it, 2 scans for Php 1,500. Hindi na masama =)

I'm on my 22nd week now.  Hindi ko masyado maramdaman ang kick ni baby sa loob o mahina lang pakiramdam ko. Sabi ni OB maliit pa lang naman daw.  Kayo ba sis?  Masama  b na hindi ko sya masyado maramdaman?

Hi Sis Crystalpenelope - halos same tayo ng weeks.
Nararamdaman ko na sila kaso di pa nga ganung kalakas pero sabi naman lalakas naman daw ang kicks in a few weeks. 
Baka nga daw pag lumakas na ay mapa-aray aray na tayo.

@Crystalpenelope: is this your first pregnancy ba? sabi naman e mas mahirap pakiramdaman pag first preg. ako rin at 17w naka-abang na for any quickening / fluttering movements. may nararamdaman minsan pag nilalagyan ko mild pressure tummy ko pero still not sure if it's just pulse or it's something from my baby na.

Hi mommies, naramdaman ko baby boy ko nung nag 20wks kami pero mas madalas nung nag 25wks na. 27w na ko today and may mga times na nagugulat na ko sa sipa nya

I am on my 20th week now. Naramdaman ko na agad yung mga kicks around 13th week pa lang. Siguro kasi 3rd baby ko na to. Sa mga nauna kong babies, napapasigaw talaga ako kapag sa sides ang kicks nila. Malakas ang kiliti ko dun e. hehe!

Excited na ako magpa-CAS. Para malaman ko na rin ang gender. Gusto ko na pagsabayin para tipid at less exposure namin sa ultrasound.

Hi  mga sissies, question lang para sa mga working preggy like me. Gusto ko kasi maprepare yung mga dapat ifile before mag maternity leave? aware ba kayo kung ano ano ang documents nating dapat iprepare?

Few months left at makikita na natin ang ating mga little one =)

Hi Mommies!

I'd like to seek for your advice/opinion. Kasi I heard from a friend na naging helpful sa kanya yung pag attend ng birthing seminars. Pero may mga nabasa din akong threads na common lang naman yung mga nasa birthing classes and so I wanted to ask if sulit ba na mag avail ng mga classes na worth 3k and above (usual rate for birthing classes) , kasi namamahalan ako. Baka may suggestion kayo san aattend or other alternative options? Pero if sulit naman, please let me know din po if need ba talaga ito at malaki ang benefit sa pag-anak. I'm due on November with my first child kaya medyo kapa-kapa pa sa mga ganitong bagay. Thank you

Hi bollin_pop and iceheaven31 yes first baby ko. Kaya pala di ko pa ganong maramdaman noon. Pero ngayong 24th week, naramdaman ko na. Sobrang tuwa ko at iba pala ang pakiramdam. Sa Sept 1 naman schedule ng CAS ko. Sana ok ang result ko.

^ako gusto ko sana umatend ng prenatal classes kasi first time mom here. Kaya lang ang mahal, sana me free classes na ganito.

Sis MisisniEugene - You need to submit through your employer SSS Maternity Notification form via HR. Try to check with your HR din.
Kailangan iupdate din yung Philhealth & SSS to reflect na married na if single pa din and status.
Yun pa lang nagawa ko.

Free Breastfeeding class pa lang na-attendan ko sa TMCSL last Sat.

^andun din ako sis! sana may mga free seminars pa banda dito sa tin nga. last time i was able to attend sa Asian e. pero kung kelan breastfeeding month, wala man lang silang event hehe

sulit naman para sa amin yung birthing class. syempre kapag free mababaw lang ang mga topics and usually 1-2 hours lang. yung may bayad 4 x 3 hour classes yun. Bale 12 hours sya in total. Talagang in depth. Compared sa free kundi mo itanong hindi naman madidiscuss. breastfeeding class and birthing class talaga mga inattendan ko. kasi gusto ko talaga ng natural unassisted birth and exclusive breastfeeding para sa mga anak ko. so far achieve naman - except for the birth of my eldest. water birth naman target ko this time around. wish me luck! hehe!

We were only able to attend a 1-day session of childbirth preparation due to husband's busy schedule. Naappreciate naman namin and very informative ang topics especially about the natural and gentle childbirth, exercises with partners and birth planning. Ang gusto ko naman sana attendan childcare and breastfeeding. Kaso napapaisip ako sa additional expenses, kaya baka join na lang ng FB pages and read articles. Andami kasi namin magagastos for baby's coming and we plan to move to a new house next year, so need din maging practical. Madami din free seminars na offered especially sa hospitals. Ako recently, dami ko finollow na FB pages para on the look out for discounts and free seminars. hehe

Nakabili na ba kayo ng mga gamit mga sis? Sino sino sa inyo magpapa 3D/4D? Optional naman daw to sabi ng OB ko.

Hi mga mommies!!!! I'm 25 weeks pregnant, baby girl [textspeak!] akin. Haba na back read ko mommies, ako di sinabhan ni doc na magpatetanus inj. sa coron palawan, kasi kami ngaun nkabase. May OB ako dito pero May Ob din ako sa Manila. I'm planning sa Manila manganak. St Luke's qc  kaso mas gusto ko ang  bgc. Si ob sa Manila sa qc [textspeak!] daw [textspeak!] pwede. . [textspeak!] ob ko [textspeak!] dito dati siyang resident doctor sa world citi medical center. Haaay. D ko pa Alam if mgpapalit pa ako ng OB.   End of oct ang balik ko sa Manila. Gusto ko din nmagattend ng mga classes

Hi mga mommies! First time here po, currently at 34 weeks. Ask ko lang if may alam kayong hospital na nagaallow ng elective cs? Madami kasi complications pregnancy ko pero ineencourage pa din mag-normal. Ayoko na sanang magnormal then ma-emergency CS dahil mas magastos. Kung may marerefer din kayong doctor sa hospital na yun. ^Hello sis! I don't think mas magastos mag try ng normal and have an emergency CS. Same lang as scheduled CS. Because my 1st child I was in labor for 18 hrs in the hospital before undergoing CS. Personally, I wish I could have a VBAC but I have twins and super high risk pregnancy and I need to do a scheduled CS.

Ang tagal and hirap ng healing ng CS sis, so if your doctor recommends trying for normal delivery than you might want to reconsider it. Having a CS was the most painful thing I had to endure ever and because of that na trauma ako and didnt have another baby for a very long time.

i downloaded, printed, filled this up, scanned, and sent to my mom via email and asked my mom to bring it to SSS office for filing. hindi nila tinanggap kasi online na raw. so binuhay ko yung SSS website account ko and submitted the notification. ang hindi ko lang din alam is kelan pwede iclaim yung benefit, lalo na for OFW like me. sayang din yung pera na pwede makuha sana.
