East or West facing condo unit?

My husband and I are planning to buy a unit. Dalawa yung offer samin, different buildings. One is east facing (morning sun), the other is west (afternoon sun). Actually, I like the west facing one better as it's bigger and turnover is sooner.  Pero yun nga, afternoon sun. We also hope to resell after a few years. Mas mahirap ba ibenta kapag west facing? Or no difference? So now I'm torn! Should we get the east one or the west? Or doesn't matter much so go for what we want? Help!!!

Go for west facing sis! Di na kase masyado mainit if afternoon sun. And mas sweet for you and your husband kapag sunset right? hehe pwede kayo magdate. Anong condo ba yan sis? And saan?

It would depend on the view outside.  I think sa landed house lang important kung west or east facing, but for a condo, it's all about the view outside.  Ano naman kung east or west, ehh kung nasa north facing ay coastline pala di ba?

East facing is better. Sobrang mainit yung sun in the afternoon and kailangan mo ng magandang blockout blinds to keep the unit cool.

The best ones are north-east facing kasi they get the most light. Worst is south facing kasi madilim.

But of course depende din yan sa view.

Get the east-facing. Matindi init ng araw if facing West. You will need a higher capacity aircon kasi sa Makati condo ko, hindi kinakaya dahil tutok na tutok yung afternoon sun kahit na 2hp at studio lang. Parang pugon lalo na pag summer. 

Morning sun is best para pag hapon, pwede ka na tumambay kung may balcony yung unit mo kasi malilim na. And amihan winds is from North East. Malamig yan around December. Never sa South West kasi Habagat yun, sasaluhin ng unit mo yung hampas ng bagyo.

Wow thanks for the replies sisses. We ended up getting the East facing unit and we're quite at peace with our decision. We factored in the heat, need for blinds and additional electricity cost. At tsaka we also considered the fact that we both work and leave the house in the morning, kaya ok yung east facing para may morning light, maganda yung start ng araw namin. Hehe.
