^ exactly sis. They keep phasing out products, reinventing them, etc. It's a pet peeve of mine. I understand there's always room for improvement and skin needs change over time, but... :( You'll miss them.

Mga sis, any recommended bb-cushions that give you that porcelain look? Poreless look that lasts kahit sa humid weather? :) Not overly dewy, basta poreless lang :) Kutis koreana effect :)

Nirrave nya yung snody cushion. Para maachieve yung glass skin trend. Anyone tried this?

I'll get my Dear Klair's Supple Preparation Toner tomorrow (for AM use), excited nako i-try in conjunction with the Pixi Glow Tonic Toner (PM use).

For almost a year, I've been using Klairs Toner lang, then dinagdagan ko ng Vit C Serum. Just yesterday, I was convinced by the nurse administering my drip to try the 10-step routine.

So far, Vit C has been really good. It still does wonders in my face. Naglighten yung pimple marks ko. Smooth din face ko every morning. I usually don't use it during daytime kasi natatakot ako baka mababad ako sa init, and I barely use sunscreen pa naman. Now that I just ordered the Midday Lotion, baka gamitin ko na din ang Vit. C serum pag morning.

Nakakabutas ng bulsa tong skin care routine ng Koreans! Hahaha

Sa mga nagtatanong about Klairs Vit. C, maganda sya. Promise. For me ha. Hehe. Madaling nagheheal yung pimples ko at gradually naaalis nya acne scars. For the past 4 nights, gumagamit ako ng Vit. E mask after vitamin C. Ang soft ng skin ko in the morning.

I'm using Klairs pa rin. Mild kasi talaga.

I'm an avid user of Dear Klairs as well.  ;) Yung Vit. C serum has decreased the uneven discoloration sa face ko. I combine it pala with the Midnight Blue Youth Activating drop sa gabi.

Vitamin E mask is also highly recommended. Favorite ko to before I sleep at night. Lakas maka-fresh sa umaga.

I'm also on my second tube sa Rich Moist Smoothing Cream-- ito na yung pinaka moisturizer. Hiyang for my dry skin and no strong odor.

I realize na 80% ng Korean skincare ko ay from Klairs.

Hi, I?ve read from reviews that this Vit C Serum from Klairs is oil-based? Pwede kaya ito sa acne and oily-prone skin? How is it compared to the Cosrx Snail Mucin? Thanks!

Ohh, oil based pala sya, well Ive heard from Gothamista na oil is essential din naman, ingat lang talaga for those with acne prone skin. I think Im sold na, I will try Klair's Vitamin C ASAP. Andami ko lang hinoard from The Ordinary, and I've currently added Pixi Glow Tonic and Dear Klairs toner so hihinga lang ako ng konti, baka mahirapan nako mag layer haha. ;D

^Sis Ive been using the Cosrx Snail Mucin Essence, I love it and I use at night, will definitely repurchase it, when it comes to healing problematic skin, texture issues, moisture and hydration, plumper skin, I think it does work well, pero yung main target ng Vitamin C na fading acne marks, pag even ng skin tone fast and yung over all brightening effect di ko sya naachieve sa Cosrx Snail Mucin.

Btw, ditched the loose/compact powder for almost 2 months, and the foundation and BB creams mga 1 month na. Nagcover lang ako ng blemishes using a concealer or yung L'oreal Infallible pro matte and Im good to go, I think in this manner, mas naiiwasan ko mag break out or anything.  :)

^^Essence is different from vit c serum sis.
Heart of the korean skin care routine daw ang "essence". It preps the skin for the next steps and nakakatulong daw in the regeneration process. Serums ata are used and meant for specific skin concerns - like Vit C serum to lighten acne scars, etc.

Like Sis Rory, I also stopped using BB cream since sineryoso ko tong routine na to. I only use 3W Clinic powder, and, as advised by my friend, Shiseido baby powder.

So hesitant din ako.

What's wrong in using BB creams? Pero right now since buntis ako wala pa akong masubukan. Sunscreen and my Majorca Majolica pressed powder lang ginagamit ko. Kaya I am looking into Korean skincare din. Heard good reviews about it.

^mimiku I see,  I'll try pa din yung Vitamin C ng Dear Klair's pero not now, dami ko pa products (The Ordinary) na gusto sana iincorporate sa routine ko (nabili ko na so sayang naman haha) I can use them altogether, pero hinay hinay lang ako, nagreact skin ko recently naoverwhelm ata sa dami haha, I broke out, but now it's ok, calm na uli.  :)

You'll love the Cosrx Snail Mucin Essence, Sis. I use it at night and I apply a generous amount, I lock it with a moisturizer (also from Cosrx) or Aloe Vera Gel from Holika Holika (Korean brand also).

There's nothing wrong with BB creams naman, I guess we just want our skin to breathe Sis. It's still make up, and over time it will age our skin and clog pores so it causes break outs. I will not stop using skin make up (base) lalo kung may lakad, pero I am trying to avoid it as much as possible nowadays.  :)

^ Ah ok. Mas ok sana sa akin BB creams, or even Skin Tint- yun ata nauuso ngayon pero not sure where to start.

Thank you for the advice, yes, I'll check it out. Pero siguro after na akong manganak. Kasi for now, hormones is controlling everything.

Speaking of Aloe Vera, I wanted to buy yang Holika Holika kaso sold out siya sa BeautyMNL so I bought Baroness Aloe Vera instead. I actually bought 2. The other one is from Esfolio. Good reviews siya kasi sa BeautyMNL. And yes, ang galing ng oil control and gumanda talaga ang skin ko dito. Actually binili ko yung buong line nila (Body wash, facial cleanser and mist) however nung nabili ko na tsaka ko nakita na may parabens pala sila. Eh buntis ako so iiwas muna ako. Going back, how is Holika Holika Aloe Vera? Ok din ba siya? I am not satisfied kasi with Baroness so pag naubos na siya, baka bili ako ng ibang brand.

Kumusta ang The Ordinary? Ok ba siya?

Thanks again.
