Hi, any idea if pwede makapag apply ng personal loan ang OFW sa mga local banks natin?

if yes:

- which bank ok magloan for ofw?

- it is possible na mag issue lang ng power of attorney since hindi makakauwi ng pinas to personally sign the application form?

- once approve, is there a way na madeposit yung peso to an international bank (HSBC acct holder ako here in Dubai).

i need the loan to pay off my credit card debts here sana

sa BDO yung samin. kaya lang yung nasa pinas yung nag loan, naging co-maker yung OFW. pero approved pa din naman.
