Air fryer recipe
« on: March 02, 2017, 03:50:25 pm »
Just bought  kitchenmate airfryer from Lazada, pa-share naman po ng airfryer recipe ninyo.  May nakita ko na group sa facebook kaso halos lahat from US or Europe.
Ito na po ang mga na-try ko:

Porkchop + salt + black pepper @ 200*C for 20mins - superb, halos pareho ng oil fried

Daing na bangus marinated in vinegar, garlic, black pepper @ 180*for 15mins medyo maputla ang kulay added another 10mins @ 200*C - ok naman, pero medyo na dry

Sweet potato fries - Epic Fail, sobrang matigas... :'(

I'll try fried chicken tomorrow morning.

Hi sis, maganda ang air fryer, gamit ko rin sya sa kitchen, pag fries ang niluluto ko usually binababad ko muna sa water ng 20 minutes before frying, the same with sweet potato fries okay naman.  I tried Fried chicken using wings, gamitan mo ng cooking spray mas malutong sya

^im using Philips sulit naman if you're cooking for 3-4 peeps lang. 2-3x a week namin gamitin. preheat time is 5mins lang unlike sa regular oven na 30mins.

Pwede kaya tong pang replace sa normal frying? Like ganito nalang way ko ng pagfry araw araw, since onting prep time lang naman. Iniisip ko kasi kung magiging iba ba yung lasa niya, or if may iba pang difference kasi I have a slow cooker and mas malambot yung meat pag yun ang ginagamit unlike pag lulutuin mo na mamatyagan mo talaga. Yun nga lang oras ang iintayin kaya bumabalik ako sa traditional way of cooking.

Depende sis. Pag pork kasi airfryer na [textspeak!] gamit ko. Less greasy yung lasa [textspeak!]. Pag fish like daing na bangus i still prefer traditional frying kasi ang putla kapag sa air fryer eh. Breaded chicken fillet i tried also, ok din sa airfryer. Crunchy naman kaso mejo maputla din.

I see, I guess salit salit nalang depende sa kung anong lulutuin :) First ko itatry yung Pork Chop na ginawa ni Dyewel once I buy my air fryer. Thank you!
