Personality Development School Suggestions

I have a very shy daughter and would like her to enroll this summer to a Personality Development Program. Is there anyone here who has enrolled their kids in such school/program and would you please give me some info like school fees and training feedbacks. Sharing your experiences and knowledge will be highly appreciated.
