Any tips para sa sobrang bangong labada?

I use automatic washing machine. Usually I wash it with water lang muna. After water rinse saka ko ibababad sa detergent, we use ariel. After wash and rinse 2x, babad sa fabcon for 30 minutes, then spin.

Kaso I'm not satisfied, hindi pa rin ganun kabango yun damit namin. Unlike sa kapitbahay namin na amoy ko hanggang sala namin yun labada nila. Yun samin hindi ko maamoy masyado.

Any tips? Or maybe you can recommend fabcon na mabango talaga. I tried downy and Del.

^Sis try mo surf sunflower fresh. Kahit kasi hindi ako magfabcon, ang bango sobra ng damit namin eh.

From my own experience.

I use yung champion na white powder then surf fabcon na red. I washed our clothes w/ soap ng twice then rinse then babad sa fabcon ng 15 mins tapos dryer na. Smell on our clothes last hanggang malabhan sila uli plus hubby love the smell of his office uniforms.

I use ariel sunrise fresh, tapos downy antibac. Based on my experience, when I use fabcon, mas madaling kapitan ang damit ng amoy (usok, ulam, etc). Kaya after fabcon I rinse pa once. Airdying (maaraw preferrably) also helps kahit nadrier ko na I still airdry.

How about vinegar as fabcon? May nabasa ako sa FB group, sabi amoy malinis daw talaga ang labada, plus it's cheap!

^Amoy malinis yes pero hindi mabango.  Kasi after some time eh mag-evaporate na rin yung amoy ng suka so hindi mag-aamoy suka ang mga damit.

My husband goes to the gym regularly so you can just imagine how smelly his gym clothes are. Before I tried mixing Lysol concentrate to the wash. It removed the smell but it gives the clothes a hospital-like smell. I read somewhere about baking soda and this solved the problem! I add half a cup to the laundry detergent. Sometimes I add vinegar too if the smell if really strong. And yes the vinegar smell dissipates.

If smell ng clothes ang issue, do NOT overuse detergent and lalo the fabcon. All it does is mask the smell but as the day goes on, lalabas at lalabas yan. Smell is caused by bacteria.  To remove the smell, you have to remove the bacteria. Also, fabcon leaves a layer of film on your clothes so it just traps the smell. Lalong nakadikit yung bacteria and no chance for it to aerate.

Another tip: clean your washing machine regularly. You have to make sure to remove the lint cause this can be a breeding ground for bacteria

Products we use: Perwoll for going out clothes, Ariel for house clothes and beddings, Downy for fabcon and Bounce dryer sheets

ako ariel user eversince. saka sabon lang ginagawa ko sa washing machine kasi ang tagal tagal kapag pati banlaw sa washing machine inaabot ako ng after lunch. matrabaho pero mas bet ko kesa magtagal sa laundry. may time na pagkasabon ini spin dryer ko saglit lang mga 2 minutes lang para maalis ang kaunting sabon kaya pag banlaw ko 2 times lang swak na. i have yet to try automatic washing machine para pagnatapos e sasampay na lang.

Invest in a heat dryer. Unless you have a laundry area where it is exposed to the sun, the regular spin dryer of a washing machine won't do. I live in a condo.

Sis ano yung heat dryer? Planning to buy automatic washing machine kasi.

Most automatic machines do not have heat dryer. Spin dry lang...meaning when it gets out of the machine, damp pa and not fully dry so kailangan i-sampay and let it dry it out under the sun or if sa condo, i-tapat sa electric fan.  If your WM has a heat dryer integrated in it, after spin dry, it will move to the heat dry cycle. Ako mas preferred ko to have a separate heat dryer. Matagal madyado yung process from end to end. At least if you have a batch of clothes in the heat dryer, you can already start washing a new one in the WM.

Nakatira kami sa condo at swerte na meron talagang area for drying clothes.  Nothing beats drying your clothes naturally -- lalo na sa init ng araw -- harvest the power of the sun hehe.

Kung walang area na mapagtutuyuan, pwede namang air-dry yung clothes pero malamang mag-amoy kulob iyon.  Better na nga lang na patuyuin ito sa pamamagitan ng dryer dahil hindi naman tuyung-tuyo ang damit pag gagamitan lang ng spin dry - pampiga lang ito para mas madaling matuyo ang damit at hindi masyadong matulo.

It's safe to use baking soda with every wash. About 1/2 cup added to your detergent which you can lessen . Hope this helps

Has anyone tried Downy? Fresh Protect April Fresh?

Ako naman parang opposite sa inyo. I don't like the smell of fabcon so I don't use it on my laundry. Unless it's been raining a lot, then I would go for Downey anti-bac. Okay na ako sa amoy ng Surf powder. We use an automatic washing machine. Di ako satisfied sa rinsing. Feeling ko di sya totally rinsed out so inuulit ko yung rinse. Tapos sa last rinse, naghahalo ako ng onting vinegar para maalis yung residue ng detergent sa damit. Air dry sa sampayan. Like ko yung medyo amoy araw na slight amoy detergent sa damit pag natuyo. Tapos kung may lakad ako, hindi nagkocompete yung pabango ko sa amoy ng damit ko.
