Hi sis @marywater! We did that we offered eggs! Ang forecast nun uulan nung wedding namin pero nung mismong araw the weather was extremely perfect! wala naman mawawala kung gawin yun

We forgot to offer eggs. Nasa Bohol na kami when I remembered.

Forecast for the whole week for Tagbilaran was thunderstorms. Umambon for 2 minutes just before I got out of the bridal car. Pero sa Panglao, no rain at all.

Our wedding is gonna be next week.

Sa init ng panahon ngayon, napaisip ako kung gagawin ko pa. Okay lang sana if it's cloudy that day, pero okay lang rin kung maaraw, basta mahangin... Walang problema kung magparamdam na umulan, basta wag lang umulan hanggang nasa loob na kaming lahat for the reception... Sorry ang gulo ko lang.

Basta sure ako ipagppray ko na lang na maayos weather.

My wedding is on June 3, Tagaytay. Outdoor sya kasi yun talaga ang gusto ko pero dahil npakaunpredictable ng weather just like now na maski summer biglang umuulan parin , we had to secure a tent reservation. Nanghihinayang nga ako kasi ang mahal halos kalahati na ng presyo ng reception venue namin! Even if hindi mo kasi sya magamit on the actual day, you have to pay in full pa rin. Naisip ko kung magtetent lang din pala dapat indoor venue nalang din kinuha ko haays. Pero ayoko nman irisk na walang tent dahil lahat ng pinaghirapan nmin mapupunta sa wala if ever nga di maganda weather. Oh well..

^^ Sis pray ka lang, nung wedding ko April 18, maulan yung days before, actually yung week na yun, medyo magulo panahon, nung 17 when we all went sa CrossWinds, ulan, ambon araw, hehe super kinabahan nako, tho ready kami dahil sa CDC may indoor and outdoor naman na overlooking pa din, pero outdoor garden talaga gusto namin. Nagalay ako ng eggs sa balcony, hehe nagwork naman on my wedding day may instance na dumilim sky papunta Church, pero maghapon walang ulan nor ambon man lang.

OMG nakakaloka naman ang weather lately! Napaka erratic huhu! Next year April din wedding namin in Tagaytay so napa isip tuloy ako ngayon. We'll have the ceremony in the garden then reception indoors.

Try mo na lang maghanap ng venue na may back up.

Yung venue namin I picked kasi there's an option pag maulan to move everything indoors. Kasi one wedding per day lang sila kahit na multiple yung venues nila for wedding. May space sila for 3-4 weddings.

Sis zizy, use your tent. Magandang reflector ng lights yun. My friend got married last january then nag tent din sila from tent king. It did jot rain pero pinaset up padin yung tent. The mood lights reflected the tent and ganda nung effect. Indoor na indoor.

Still on a wedding high!!! 

SUPER happy and perfect ng feeling. Not only for us couple, but for our families, relatives, friends and all of our guests. WE let go and let God, can't make a descent review pa kasi nasa cloud 9 pa kami from the vacation, prenup shoots, wedding and honeymoon! Lahat sila baka ma-rate ko ng 10/10 hehe.

Everything went well, thank God. It was surreal. Totoo pala yun, I wouldn't have to fake my smile and laugh maski 12 hrs na ata ako nagpose for the cameras and guests!  Real happiness and love na-feel namin that day! Love for each other, love from our guests and love from the Suppliers and above all love from God.

And as if di pa enough happiness and love na overflowing, whenever guests or friends/families tell us even up to this day na super ganda ng wedding namin, organized, masarap foods, breath taking yung view ng venue, solemn ceremony, or simply they had fun, sobra nakakataba ng puso. Grabe sa pakiramdam whenever I see their candid shots na umiiyak and tumatawa, walang nega vibes during our wedding. Walang kamaganakan na nakasimangot. walang nega feedbacks, walang batang nagiiyakan or in distress, walang Supplier na pasaway, perfect weather.

 At the end of the day, balewala na yung mga details or gastos, its about that once in a lifetime experience that we shared with our loved ones and guests.

I can say that our wedding day is by far the happiest day of my life, to date. Worth it lahat ng wedding preps.

^ I'm so happy for you sis-Rory! Ramdam ko talaga yung happiness habang binabasa ko post mo. May mga brides na tinatanggap na sa umpisa pa lang na baka di perfect ang wedding nila at bonus na lang if everything happens according to plan. I'm sure you wished for that day to be perfect too, and I'm glad it did. I give you a pat on the back for doing a great job in planning this with your now-hubby. Congrats ulit and I pray your marriage will be blessed more.

@Ziyi-sis: *hugs* Sis, whatever you decide, and whether it rains or shines that day, everything will fall into place. Malapit na big day mo. Kapit lang. We're all here for you if you need an outlet.

Ako kasi next week na. Kinakabahan na ako. May mga sumusulpot na problema, but the next day, they all work out by themselves. It's like a neverending rollercoaster ride.

marywater thank you soooo much Sis! Likewise!  True, lalo na I basically arranged everything abroad, umuwe lang kasi kami 3 weeks before the wedding na, so imagine papano kami nag cram hehe! But thank God lahat naging maayos. Salamat uli. 

kdramaholic thank you Sis! Wala ako masabi din sa power ni Mariah, di halatang ngarag ako haha, puyat, pagod, stressed before the wedding.

Hindi ko talaga matanggal kaba ko. Just a few days na lang, graduate na ako and I am having all these random thoughts... like my attachment to my last name, or if it's gonna rain that day, or kung ano man.

^ I can relate to the name attachment. I haven't change my name yet. My H2B is asking if I will and I know he expects me to pero medyo attached ako sa surname ko.

Enjoy your last few days as a single lady. Don't worry about things that you can't control.
