Done with my final fitting yesterday. I super love it! 😊 medyo challenging lang bawal na raw akong tumaba or pumayat. Haha! Nakaka-excite kapag suot mo na yung gown. ❤️

Hi mga sis! Just want to ask those who graduated na with their wedding and b2b pa lang na may afternoon wedding especially mga late afternoon like around 4:30pm [textspeak!] church ceremony?
How did you plan your day? especially the reception program flow? ang worry kasi namin baka maagreklamo [textspeak!] mga guests namin na magutom sila. haha. kasi 6pm na matatapos sa church because of the church ceremony & picture taking then siyempre pagdating sa reception area, hindi naman agad mag start kasi hihintayin pa kami mag ready kasi malamang may mga photo/video sessions pa yan. worry lang din is hindi ba parang ang dilim na ng kalalabasan nun sa pictures and videos? although may cocktail food naman na iseserve sa guests while waiting. i'm just worried na baka magreklamo sila na late na sila makakapagdinner. TIA

Hi, Sis! Actually wala pang final na start na time ng program. h2b wants the food available na by 7pm para sa guests. buffet pala sa amin btw. sabi namin ni MIL baka naman okay lang ma-late ng konti kasi siyempre kailangan pa ng retouch tapos photo/video sessions pa and may cocktail food naman na pwede na i-serve before 6pm. haha. tsaka we want din naman na picture muna with us bago sila pumunta ng buffet table kasi baka makalimutan na nila kami pag kumakain na sila. haha. kaya sobrang kailangan ng matinding pag-iisip sa time at program flow para hindi mainip guests.

^ in my opinion lang sis ha, i think okay naman to serve dinner around 8pm, para 7pm till start of dinner yung few items on your program na ang gawin lalo na yung mga importanteng kasama sa SDE (as advised by my Coord). 8pm din naman usually ang dinner time, but i think anything later than that would be quite a stretch na.

i'll consider that, sis. thank you ah. better din siguro kung i'll talk with my OTD coord para makapag-advise din siya ng mas okay na program flow. anyway 7months pa naman pero kailangan lang namin na maayos mga details para hindi kami masyadong ma-stress 'pag malapit na. haha.

^ My coord let some tables go ahead and get food na before taking a photo with us (it helped na we had two buffet tables set up so it didn't take too long to get food din). From experience kasi sa mga weddings na na-attend-an ko, pinakamalungkot talaga yung mga last na table na makakuha ng food.

Just want to ask if any of you ladies will be planning or have already planned an intimate wedding (like around 50-70)?

I just need ideas as to what we can do during the reception. Puro kwentuhan time and speeches lang kasi nasa isip ko.

hi sis, we will be having as well intimate wedding pero mga 100 guest but for the program we wanted to amend and stick to some traditional. Since its intimate you know your crowd more. So put some personalized stuff inside it. Like for us sobrang manginginom yung mga friends namin so after the proper we will have pingpong beer game, drunken limbo rock. You can also twist some of the bouquet tossing like a game and more dancing! So it really depends and since we didn't have chance to meet them before the wedding a bunch of chitchat all the way!!We as a couple hosted a lot of party narin sa house and most of our friends stay until 4 am, so we know its party till sunrise, baka may after party kami either sa hotel or bar.

We're having a wedding with 50 guests. We aren't really doing games or anything kasi talagang casual lang and fun yung atmosphere na gusto namin. Lots of wine and lots of good food lang talaga.

Question, ano ba ang suot ng groom when they are getting ready? May special outfit pa ba sila?

^ sis parang wala akong nakikitang preps outfit for the groom. usually ang nakkita ko sa videos are the plain white shirt and the slacks. pero oo nga noh, it would be nice to have a unique preps look for the groom

I just feel a little pressured as to how I can make the night more memorable so thanks for sharing your insights. Thanks ladies!

Regarding prep outfit for the groom: Parang wala naman. Usually on the weddings I've attended, either the groom is already in their suit, or ilalagay pa lang yung tie/inaadjust barong.

Sa list kasi na bigay ng coord may included na prep outfit for groom. Pero wala naman ako nakikita nga sa photos usually yung bride's side lang kasi nga make up etc.

I think 10 weeks na lang before our wedding. Medyo relax na lang ako. This weekend I plan to do the menus and design the thank you cards. Also posters for the reception and wedding.

Finishing also our gifts for the groomsmen. I made them a cable cosy for their gadgets. My MOH made health kits for the BMs.

Wala pa din kaming music.

halos sabay lang tayo mine is May 12 lilaflower, almost done narin just the bridal car  nalang kelangan kong ibook and some nice to have. Done with all the documents. Ang dami ko pa DIY, ano pa ba pwede IDIY mga sis?

^ Hey sis! My main DIY projects for the wedding would be the giveaways, invitations, the guestbook and signages. If I have more time, maybe I'll add a bit more stuff on the table centerpieces.

May 2017 brides rin pala kayo. Mine is on May 20. We're just gonna get our marriage license this month then we're good.

Planning sa giveaway, kaso iniisip ko pa sis. Tapos na kami sa documents, ang aga nagprepare nung church buti nalang din. Wow may brides ka din pala sis Marywater. Patingi naman ng mga diy mo.

We just finished the canonical interview and we already picked up my fianc?'s suit. Few more details and we're all set! We're 13 days away from our big day! It's getting real! 😊
