Online Bags Authentication?

Hi! Where do you have bags authenticated before you buy it? My friend wanted to buy a bag from Ebay, but advice ko sa kanya ipa-authenticate muna. Pero obviously photos lang meron siya. Sayang din kung fake naman.

Years ago, I wanted to buy this Gucci bag that I saw on Ebay.
A friend referred me to visit the PurseForum.

They have a thread there where you can post either a pic of the item, or the ebay link of the product tapos an expert will reply to you after they inspect the item. =)

Check mo lang ha kasi the last time I accessed the forum, mga more than 4years ago na yata hehe..

this does not happen often, but there are cases that the item sent was not the item pictured, tapos pag nagreklamo ka biglang wala na.

siguro aside from doing that, tignan mo din yung number of feedbacks and yung actual feedbacks.  ask din kung pwede tignan yung actual item, if possible.

Thank you! The one she wants kasi is a Chloe bag. Pero weird, may both made in Spain (embossed with the logo) & made in Italy (tag) yung bag.

The seller itself looks legit (madaming feebacks, etc) Pero ayun medyo parang red flag sakin yun.

red flag nga yun.  google chloe bags and see if that is ok - yung dalawa yung 'made in'.  pero kung ako yan, di ko na sya bibilhin.   possible kasi na used na sya (kaya 'made in spain) tapos me nagkabit lang ng tag (kaya me made in italy).

Aside from having your bags authenticated sa Purse Forum and doing your own research. You can avail of the services of  professional authenticators like Authenticate First, Carol Diva etc.
