grade school to choose in preparation for a certain university/college

If you are choosing a grade school (since we are already in the k-12 education) in preparation that your child can enter a certain university/college, what would it be? I was thinking kase that usually a certain school will boast that most of its students have high admission rates to this university or that college. so let's say you want your kid to be admitted to the following school/university:

1. top local universities like Ateneo, UP, UST, etc...
2. International Schools in Manila
3. Universities abroad (outside phils)

what grade school would you enroll them in?

I think that your choice of primary and secondary schooling has an impact to where a child will get into.

For Ateneo - Any top Jesuit schools - Xavier, ICA, I believe Claret, UPIS, science schools etc.
For international schools - not sure what you mean? For primary or secondary education?
For Universities abroad - Depends on which country and school you are targeting. If US - then look for a school that preps students for SAT and offers AP courses. If European, then look for schools that offer IB certificates or diplomas.

Oh, i did not know na different ang prep for US and European schools... i thought IB lang

There are many schools in manila na good pasukan for gradeschool & secondary for preparation sa college. We live in bulacan naman. Same problem before, can't decide if there's a good school around na magiging magandang foundation for college. Now my kids study in Holy Spirit Academy of Malolos, same as SHS QC, HSS Cubao, CHSM Mendiola. Super magaling magtrain ang holy spirit schools for kids, now my eldest is in college at De La Salle University Taft. And i can tell na super laki ng natulong sakanya ng Holy Spirit although pinakamahal na tuition fee ang holy dito sa bulacan (but cheaper in manila campuses.)

Hello po! Mag- ask ako ano po ba usually ang scope for assessment exam for  grade7 and up?
Math- basic math skills, logic in word problems, kasama na ba ang algebra at percents?
English - grammar, reading comprehension, verbal skills, essays?
Science - usually ba kapag sinabi na general science until where ang scope non? may nakahalo na ba na biology like plant cells etc...
Other subjects -  how about filipino? current events? social science and history?

I'm trying to prepare my kids kase for an assessment test. lilipat sila ng school from here in ME to phils

^hi sis usually depende sa school. for math di ko sure if kasama na ang algebra & percents. english yes mga ganyan lang. mostly kasi dito sa ph puro logical type of exams so di ko rin alam ang scope eh.
