Hi Sir CH,

Thank you po as always sa advice and sharing. I will also share the same to my other office mates, hopefully pwede naming gawin ng sabay sabay or even just the positive intention will be of help to heal and promote a good energy in the office.

About the plants po Sir, ano po kaya ang magandang pang-balance sa Cactus? Kasi meron po akong nilagay na cactus sa area ng team ko. What I noticed after I placed it there is that mas maganda po yung pagsasama, wala pong inggitan, intrigahan. I attribute that to the cactus being able to kill the nega energy. First time ko pong di maka-patay ng plant :P

What I also find helpful po is when we cannot go out of town, our family goes to UP and we hang out by Sunken Garden. I cannot explain the feeling, but its as if my "load" is lightened and what ever problems I have mas gumagaan sa pakiramdam. I guess its really because I get to commune with nature and the really old trees hehe!

Sir CH! Ang galling po ng "powers" ninyo! Kasi yung initials po ng name ng anak ko is really "JR", although that's not the nickname we call him. Hahaha! Galing po! :) May favor po sana ako sa inyo (and also to the other GTalkers), if its not too much to ask, sana po masama nyo sa prayers yung son ko na maging ok po yung entrance tests nya to big school. Kasi shempre po this is the first step to his school journey, iniisip ko po na sana maka-pasok rin sya sa alma matter ninyo nung HS, hehe (naalala ko po na mention nyo somewhere).

Thank you po in advance sa inyo and sa lahat who will also send good intentions our way :)

Hi Akthung,

Thank you also for the reply and the advice. I believe in what you said that our attitude and thinking corresponds to different organs in the body.

Just to share - my dad passed away due to colorectal cancer (that's why siguro I'm very affected din with all the cancer scares in the office) and even nung bata po kami, he has always had a temper. May anger and resentment issues sya, as in parati syang galit sa mundo at sa mga tao, then I read somewhere that the first thing that anger hits is your gut. So naisip ko talaga na kaya siguro ganon ang nangyari sa Dad ko, super strong emotions kaya rin yung cancer nya was very aggressive and it literally "eats at him" from inside.

Another sharing lang din po, about what you and Sir CH have been reminding us. Like specifically anout serving and tithing na dapat targeted din like mag-tithe  sa mga bagay na kailangan. Ang bilis po talaga ng "balik" ng mga bagay. Grabe nakaka-gulat. Like when I shared a bit for Marawi soldiers, biglang nagkaroon ng opportunity to work abroad in our Regional office. Ang galling lang po talaga.

Personally in all the things I have tried in my own journey, what I have found to be the most effective when it comes to turning things around (my attitude and view of things, my situation, etc) has been doing the Twin Hearts Meditation, using Sir CH's advice about plants and salt solution and lastly yung mag-bigay ng bukas sa loob sa mga nangangailangan. It really comes back - the good and the not so good things.

ive read somewhere na number 1 cancer daw yan sa Pilipinas and some countries.
some say na as early as 55 dapat magpa colonoscopy raw. and meron "new thought" na pag sampa ng 40 kelangan regular colonoscopy.

my best friends dad is one good example of paano naagapan, as soon as may weird sign, nagpadoctor again. colorectal daw kasi is a silent one. but fortunate for my friend's dad, the doctors were able to do something and for the next almost 2 decades his dad was ailment free! syempre ngayon matanda na ang dad and may ano ano nang nararamdaman dala ng age.

isang nabasa ko is yang instant noodles, instant food and canned goods ay may strong link to those problems.

at the end of the day our bodies will have to follow a specific plan as to how we will exit this earth but at least magawa natin yung magagawa.

one good way is to have a garden at home. at least alam mo ano yung tinanim mo and paano mo pinalaki. drink good water (nasa inyo na yan ano iinumin niyo, kung alkaline and its variants).

i opine na maganda din bisitahin yung wellness clinic ni Dr. Viloria sa may cubao yung Cellular Nutrition Wellness Enterprises. maganda yung diet strategies nila. yung founder na si Dr. Villoria, he was able to cure himself. libre naman mag maconsult and marami silang successful clients. of course he can't be the catcher in the rye. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RM7_FUbfz3Q

i think nothing wrong kung maaga pa lang mag change na ng diet. there are many diets out there but its good to change / start early. lalo na ang effect ng alternative medicine takes long long time to come out.

libre mag pa consult kay dr viloria, libre din yung magpa check sa machines nila.  you just have to go there early.

just to be clear, what im recommending here is the change of lifestyle as a means of prevention.

also my two cents I highly recommend people watch "What the Health " its on Netflix and Youtube. It divulges facts about the most common diseases in the world and possible cure. Its amazing how ang number one killer in the world is diseases like heart disease, cancer and diabetes but still you never see this in the news meanwhile ang lageng nasa news ay terrorist crimes which is the least cause of death in the world. In the states alone Cancer is the leading cause and why not the country (mostly) is obsessed with fast food. namely Mcdonald's, KFC , pizza and so on. Imagine the  thousands of Mcdonalds all over the world serving hundreds and thousands of chicken and meat everyday.

They literally have chicken farms that overfeed these animals so they become fatter and juicier until they can no longer stand and walk. The meat at the supermarkets are the same cattle farms that inhabit thousands of cows some are obese and diseased and even have cancer and puss . Yes cancer! kung ang normal house pet nga nagkakasakit what more these animals in miserable conditions overweight and overfed for weeks and months. You are eating dead meat that may have cancer and then people in the states wonder why cancer is so rampant now.  Kung naniniwala nga tayo sa vibes o aura like "ang bigat ng aura ni ganito ganito nahawa ako"
Imagine what you put in your body pa kaya.

Im not imposing my belief to anyone im just sharing what I know then it is up to you what to do with the information you can ignore or research bahala kayo.  Research documentaries like what the health, cowspiracy and so on.  Meat is fine so long as alam natin nurtured ng maayos ang mga ito like how they are raised sa provinces. Otherwise imagine animals locked in darkness, crowded with nothing to do but eat eat eat day and night and their babies taken from them. They are miserable, diseased animals slaughtered and sold to you at your convenience at the supermarket or fast food. I guess fast food is ok minsan but in my opinion and preference Im switching to a healthier diet or at least healthier source.

*sidenote
I know someone his lolo died of  cancer recently. He is or was a military man with kabits and other families but still came home to his wife but you can see no love there parang formality lang. Wife was miserable iyak ng iyak but walang magawa.   Few years ago he died of prostate cancer. Diseases we think are enemies eventually it turns out that way but most of the time our body is a reflection of our way of thinking. It is bringing to our attention what we need to fix internally, emotionally or spiritually. We were designed to evolve to our highest potential body, mind and soul so kung may di in sync your body will raise an alarm parang uyyy sobra na ang kakain ng putok batok na pagkain kaya eto high blood so stop na. But if you dont heed your bodies calls ayan eventually it will lead to a heart attack. Also heart attacks are issues with the heart same with breast cancer about nurturing yourself before others. Anyway  too much information for now. The aim is to be understood not misunderstood.

totoo naman eh. but one reality kasi we have to understand is the logistics involved for the common food is large. if people suddenly turned vegetarian tomorrow (example lang), magcocollapse ang economy. and there will not be enough for all.

the best way for the world is to take things slowly. but for the world yan,

but for us, we can act on it right away naman eh.

people may frown on Preppers or Doomsday Preppers but one thing i saw sa mga friends kong preppers ay they're doing things the old way:  they opt to live off grid and as an unintended consequence away from pollution.  they plant their own fruits an vegetables. drink from clean sources of water. some have chickens for eggs. goats for milk. a friend put up a bee farm in tagaytay many years ago and is quite famous (oh man you have to try their bee pollen, pinakapotent sa mundo, because we brought some to the US and people from diff countries were astounded). they make their own soaps, shampoos, etc etc...

if you think about it, what theyre doing has nothing to do with the chemicals used by big multicos.

Akthung matutuwa ang asawa ko sa sinabi mo coz he prides himself on having the mentality of a prepper - kulang lang naming is the place/area to actually live it out. I was also telling my husband just this AM, na pag college ng anak naming gusto kong "mamundok" sabi ko gusto ko ng tahimik and simple na buhay na di polluted.

Have not tried the bee pollen of the bee farm you're referring to but I have tried most of their other products - maganda nga sya, mahirap lang mahanap sa Manila (at least for me).

Hi Sir CH! Sorry po ang kulit ko na naman lately & post ako ng post, but I just wanted to ask again - may meaning po kaya ang dream ko that I still remember vividly until now.

I dreamt about it nung Monday ng early morning, I was with my son daw po and we were touring a house, di ko lang alam where it is exactly but it felt haunted and there were several na mga entities who were making their presence felt. I held on to my son tightly and prayed Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be (dun po sa dream ko) and the scene changed naman po na parang nakasakay kasi sa old fashioned roller coaster na haunted house yung theme... pero sa start naman po eh di po sya ganon. Then nagising na po ako...

Another question pa po - sabi ni hubby yung plant nya sa office has little shoots so this is a positive thing po diba? Na kahit papano yung energy sa office nya is medyo gumaganda?

Thank you po ng maraming marami Sir CH! :)

^ sis based on nakita ko from their website the cheapest is 250mg bottle for about P1750, it can go higher depending on the MGO. But I've been seeing and hearing, nothing but raves about how this is a "miracle in a bottle". Very effective daw for coughs, colds, etc. Nakaktaas din daw ng immunity.

Another curious question I have is, nababsa ko na parang commonly used in Ayurveda ang honey with cinnamon, bakit kaya? Ano kaya yung effect on the soul/body?

Hi, mga sis (and bros.)

As you may have noticed na from my responses (and that of akthung) ay it all boils down to the energy of chi/qi flow.  And ano ba ang feng shui but the art and science of learning plus harmonizing with energy.

We encourage you to try to be healthy in physical, mind and spirit.  Mas maganda kung willing, making effort plus doing combos of it a least.

Let's start of with food.  Alam natin if you live off on delata and instant food ay you will get seriously sick in a week or two.  Yun mga hindi rin taking their time to properly chew and digest their food ay for sure your body will start complaining sooner or later.  What more if you do not eat and rest properly.  I noticed nga sa HK they tend to eat small meals pero marami.  And madalas hindi uso sa kanila ang softdrinks when having meals.  Warm water nga lang - and that applies kahit construction worker o executive!

Mental well-being.  Napansin ninyo lalo na sa mga naging clients ko na I ask ano hobby ninyo.  Na do you find time to take a vacation o at least tune to something different naman.  Important ito dahil if you do not have changes from time to time you will end up baliw.

Lastly ang spiritual aspect.  Prosperity ang isang pangako ng feng shui as a result - and not wealth.  Dahil prosperity means overall happiness.  And for this to happen ay it should be reflected by those around you.  Paano kung rich and powerful ka nga but all you see around you is fear, hate, envy and other such negative emotions directed to you?

Let's go and apply this to answer yun tanong ni cldy_1981 about those officemates na suffering from various cancer.  I'll give a general analysis para enough to enlighten many so that you may share it to others rin.

Madalas ko sabihin sa inyo check the history of a place.  Dahil residual energy will affect those in there and even around it.  This can be improved o worsened by the basic feng shui you know - yun placement, arrangement and enhancement approach.  Having lots of electronics and electrical in a certain area will introduce radiation.  Maaring seemingly maliit lang to many.

FYI.  Kapag nasa environment ka na nasa 90+ decibels often ay hindi malayo mabingi ka soon.  Notice how it is sa mga jeepney drivers.

Being in an environment na may madalas ka na exposure to radiation will trigger sooner or later mga sakit mo.  Here is where astrology comes into play - may it be by feng shui o some other.  When certain arrangements are so ay it heightens and weakens some things.  So when you combine it with a person stressed tapos walang outlet and having a lousy lifestyle ay ano sa tingin ninyo ang ending?

Alam naman ninyo hindi ko ugali to spoonfeed answers.  By creating some balance ay you mitigate the effects.  One question then was yun plant and in a poison arrow position.  Remember how before were wondering why I was one of the few if not only one prescribing cactus.  Dahil its simply like antidote sa snake venom.  Pero it has to be applied only when needed and to a certain extent.

Let's go sa other new suggestions introduced.  Honey lalo na yun certain kinds can help restore balance.  Another ay herbs.  Notice how people nga of old live so well.  Dahil hindi dinadaan sa shortcut yun important stuff.  Hindi ba yun tubig noon nakalagay sa banga yet when you get it ay its as cool as mula sa ref.  Another are the basic ingredients.  Herbs ang isa sa madalas na gamitin.  Notice how Indian food uses often turmeric.  Yun mga nanonood ng mga Koreanovela ay notice yun mga shows with cooking themes.

Pollution malaking sakit ng ulo natin.  Notice how easy it is to get tired here in urban places sa atin.  Sa mga maswerte who were able to go abroad ay notice how different it is.  Kahit i-check mo na lang yun soles ng shoes mo ay malaking difference ang dumi nun at the end of the day when you use it here sa Pinas as compared sa abroad - sa mga lugar na masabi mo naman a bit more observant on environmental cleanliness.  Pollution can also be sa noise and even electrical/electronic.  Yun mga nakatira near cellular towers, power transformers, etc. notice ninyo how high often yun cancer problems.

To sis cldy_1981 and others like her who need that extra boost: bukas, 28 July 2017, is a day wherein you can give peace and even seek help from your ancestors.  Sabi nga namin na energy cannot be destroyed but it can be transformed.  So one way to improve one's luck is to tap into that when its there.  At least hindi pa ito of the Ghost Month flavor so make good use of it!

And yes, I pray for everyone here as often as I could :)

Wifey does not like the smell of cinnamon but I can bear with it though hindi ko rin that favorite (pa.)  I'll have to dig up my books but one that I often share is honey with lemon.

I love ilog maria I've tried their lip balm years ago minty which I like and it is very hard to find in the metro.  And I am an advocate of lemon plus honey Ive been drinking it daily for two years now happy to say I havent been sick not even the cold in almost two years now. Even my daughter when I started her on the lemon and honey two years ago wala kagad ang ubo.

I think organic and natural is the future that's  my personal opinion kase they are potent and effective and safe. They are expensive now kase they are not yet mainstream but once they are it will be more affordable.

Knowledge is also easier to obtain now and people are realizing ang mga benefits like haters ng vegetarians would always say but we need protein so we need meat. But spirulina and chia seeds have more protein than meat and protein is originally produced by plans eaten by animals and then humans. It is a marketing strategy started by meat supply companies to get you to eat more meat when in fact it is very hard to find a person with a protein deficiency if ever we are all in excess of protein. There are in fact Iron man athletes, NFL players and MMA fighters that are vegetarians and no one can say they are weak .

Anyway as sir Akthung said switching to vegan diet is quite a leap kahit ako I still have the occasional meat though I prefer vegetables.

para sa akin, as long as maraming fruits n vegies, okay lang mag meat ng konti. better if yung clean meat na walang hormones etc

may mga gurus nga that eat a little meat.

just do the transition slowly.  i opine it takes years.

for some people hindi  bagay mag vegetarian. (find what works for u)

best to avoid dirty meat like pork and anything na may kinalaman sa dirty ground and dirty water ie mudfish.

better ang white. take less of red.

pag advanced meditations and healing (channeling energy), kelangan talaga low to zero meat.  advanced meditations are those that deal with the soul chakra and above and awakening of the kundalini

Hi, mga sis.

I still have to do more research but per what I've noticed ay pork does create unwanted effects.  Its not just dahil red meat siya but it causes weird distortions sa energy.  In my serious cases isa iyan na I strongly suggest iwasan na muna.

On the question of a plant na used as remedy and its growing shoots ay good sign iyon.  That means it is able to use the energy and convert it.  Hindi lang for CO2 to O2 ang silbi ng plants.

With regards sa weird dream mo as roller coaster with child and weird entities ay your worries are one root cause of things.  Its going to affect future generations ninyo as symbolized by your child with you.  It was to be meant na bitin kasi may chance pa to effect changes.  Your prayers were enough to get you out of a bad situation but you still need to work on things.  Its really like sa Diyos ang awa and sa tao ang gawa put into motion.

On the manuka angle alam ko may mga other potential uses ito but I forgot.  I am not familiar pa with how it can be imported and sold here but from what I do know sa doing business here ay it is one major obstacle.

Sir CH I had a dream this morning na I'm being attacked by something evil and then may kasama daw ako na co workers (but I am home based in real life),  tapos yung energy daw Nung entity is nag center daw sa attack sa tummy area namin. Feel na feel ko yung electricity po. The dream ended with my recitation of Psalm 23, but hanggang ngayon at the end of the day parang may fear pa rin ako when I remember the dream :(

Hi, sweetsweet.

Erratic energies are strong and if you followed the news mukhang matindi yun nangyayari na encounter between PNP and NPA somewhere in Pangasinan today.  I am not sure it is over na kasi last update ay 5 policemen were already killed.  The best measure on how one must continue to be prepared ay until matapos ang Marawi City incident.

You can opt for a foot bath or if hindi pwede iwas sa any meat na muna o at least red meat then eat something with sesame seeds.
