Just my opinion din another thing most people need to learn in the Philippines and most Filipinos are in the habit of blaming the government or others for their misery or poverty. Most thought Duterte or Pnoy or Gibo will make them live better lives when in fact one of the crucial lessons to be learned here is you are responsible for your life not the government. Yes there are some tragic news here and there but unless it directly affects you like sa EJK the government will not save you from misery or poverty that is your responsibility. Your good luck bank can only take you so far ultimately your life is your responsibility.
Instead of dwelling (dwelling is different from being aware) on the negative news sa government international or local. Ask yourself what am I doing to improve my life? What did I do for myself today to make me better? Did I pray or meditate, or exercise kahit 10 minutes, did I eat healthy today etc. Remember you cannot give what you do not have so if you always have negativity most likely you will also give out negativity. Take care of yourself first.
Everything is energy this is fact and science so if you subscribe to the negativity of everthing around you (lalo na wala ka naman magagawa) you adapt and absorb that negativity you feed that fear and sadly that is what most government want (local and international) For you to be afraid your fear gives your government more power. Surrender to the higher power if it is your time well then it is your time no worry can save you but whilst you are here why not live a happy and healthy life inspiring others instead.
actually this is one thing i dont miss in the Philippines. i'm enjoying a different level of peace here because people behave differently. Our elections too have passed but we had it a few months before the Philippine elections. Nobody here talks about the last election. nobody talks on past candidates. Nobday talks about the past traumas. if they ever come up its always in passing and are not dwelled upon. Nobody wants to boot the leader just because they feel they should have won or they feel that he should have not won.
During the elections if say a yellow would ask a red on who he would vote, and upon learning that he will vote red, the yellow would either remain silent OR simply say, "Red? i dont like him. i hope you know what you're doing". tapos ang usapan.
we're aware that there has been no great leader ( for the lack of words while typing this) since john howard, but we respect whoever is leading the government no matter how crooked it looks. current issues yes. they're talked about, but people dont dwell on it.
attitude wise, ang layo. yes we have not have any true leader yet, despite all the setbacks at least we're moving forward.
a simple idea implemented right away is better than 10 great ideas not implemented. in the Philippines, yung simple idea pinag aawayan pa

as for supernatural vs non supernatural manifestation.
non-supernatural.
person likes eating in his room and hindi naglilinis ng kinainan. so nilalanggam siya and the ants have a long line ba... and may ant hill nearby. and usually pag malinis ang kwarto, walang ants.
supernatural,
may ants sa kama. no trail of ants. the numbers keep on multiplying. and kahit anong linis mo. naroon pa din. as long as naroon yung "victim". naroon ang ants. and saan man room pumunta yung tao doon nag mamanifest ang ants.
meron pa yung pag tayo mo sa kama, ang daming patay na ipis at butiki sa floor all over the house.
then you see giant spiders as in bigger than a basketball hiding in your room. more than one yan ha. kahit nasa city ka. then kahit patayin mo silang lahat. later meron nanaman 1-3 giant spiders. yung paa nila parang monggol pencil ang taba.
minsan oversized cats na umaaligid aligid.
minsan hindi hayop kundi object like may masakit ka na part sa katawan, minasahe mo ng konti tapos may nag appear na pako sa kamay mo.
