Hi! Any recommendation for oily and acne prone skin? I love liquid foundations but my skin is sensitive ugh. Kahit Japanese brand since I'm flying to JP this feb :)

Budget-friendly foundation for combi-skin w/ dry patches?

Planning to use L'oreal infallible matte, ok kaya? Any recommendation? :)

Edit: Hindi sana masyado matte. Skin-like finish sana, Satin finish/demi-matte? Lol medyo clueless sorry

Ok na ok din yung Estee Lauder Double Wear but you have to moisturize the areas na super dry and use a moisturizing primer

^ Try mo sis yung LA Girl Pro Coverage HD Illuminating Foundation. Not the most long lasting foundation I've tried pero pwede na rin.

^Thanks! Parang matte siya? Natural-looking / Airbrushed / satin finish sana. Lightweight at hindi sana malagkit sa pakiramdam. Hindi ako masyado makaresearch kasi dami requirements

Edit/edit: Infallible Pro matte nlng siguro?

^ Sis, try yung Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless.. Sa akin it's not matte, more of satin/natural finish. I have oily, acne-prone skin with dry patches, and hindi naman sya nagccling sa flakey areas ko.. Hehe :)

eversince i've started with bb creams i've been afraid na to use foundation kasi bb cream has beauty properties di ba. pero ngayon mas gusto ko ng higher coverage sana and it seemed na marami ng foundations ngayon na high coverage but looks natural with many skin benefits. any reco? or maybe i should just look at bb creams na high coverage din haha. thanks!

^^Thanks!

Nc25 :)

Hindi siya matte hehe. "Illuminating" foundation siya, so medyo may glow ganun. It's nice naman :)

Mga sis, what would you recommend na foundation for extremely humid and hot weather, outdoors? keri pa ba din na mag.liquid or cream, or I'm better off with powder po?
MUFE caked on me so bad, it was mortifying in real life.

Budget is 1,500 :) I'm thinking of just going with Naturactor, but if you girls have any better suggestions :)

Iniisip ko palang, parang ang sticky and heavy non, tapos pag nag-melt off pa...  Lol, but that's just me. :) I don't know price ng MAC foundies, but maybe you can try their Face & Body, at least yun lightweight lang. Or something sweat- and water-resistant. Personally, I'd go for powder foundie nalang, or a bb cream. Meron din mga sunblock foundation stick ah. :)

^ thanks sis budzwhiz!! Yeah, I'm too scared to use liquid foundie outdoors too. :'( It caked so bad irl, I ended up wiping my face with so much tissue.. I'm thinking of just getting Naturactor...and then setting it with powder foundation. Sabi daw nila okay yung Naturactor if you sweat. hmm

Hi minatay91
I sweat a lot and I can confirm na okay sya. but I use primer, then liquid matte foundation, tapos small amount ng naturactor and apply with beauty blender saka iseset ng translucent powder. :)

Im going to try for the first time isang high end foundie. Thinking of buying the Diorskin, Estee Lauder or Marc Jacobs. Cant decide yet bilang mahal sila lahat :D  Reward sa sarili

I went to Corregidor island a few years back, its an educational sort of tour and so we have no control of our time and exposure to the extreme heat of the sun. My Revlon Colorstay was able to withstand my trip. Altho I don't use that one now not because of anything that bad i just don't want to use foundations anymore except for special occasions. I prefer bb creams and that one can also lasts well whenever i travel just need to blot.

Another one you can try is the Shiseido UV Protective Liquid Foundation . its in a blue bottle. It has great coverage, and has great sun protection. My only gripe about this product is that it can get to my dry patches if i did not prep my face properly. For reference,my skin gets really dry during extreme weathers like when its too hot or too cold. But so far most people i know get good result from this.

Holika Holika Aqua Petit. Don't get your expectations too high ahh.. its my favorite and staple bbcream because it always looks "natural" but still adds a good deal of oomph. After 6hours or so it may oil up but nothing a blotting sheet can't fix, it won't look as perfect as how you had it upon application but i love that it doesn't crease or have nasty build ups etc.. basta with other foundies and bbcreams kasi minsan nag ccrack or cake in some areas. atleast this one oil lang kalaban and mukha padin akong tao. ayoko lang talaga kasi yung halatang naka make up.. for reference i don't use primer or setting powder so that can also be a game changer there.

to remain on topic.. as i am looking for foundies that is good for special occasions i ordered a demacol total cover foundie, i tried it today and its surprisingly good. medyo nagccrease siya sa under eye area and nagsslide off ang eyeliner ko. but then again i wore it without primer and setting powder.. ewan ko ba ayaw ko na ng effect kapag powdered or matte look masyado.
