Hi sisses! question po, how early po ba dapat ang hmua if 3pm ang wedding? tinanong ko yung possible na kukunin ko na make-up artist sabi nya 5 hours earlier than the call time ng photographer, eh 10am ang call time ng p/v so that means 5am start na ng hmua? ganon po ba dapat? bale i have 2 mothers, and 7 entourage (total of 9) with me na aayusan. please help

^^ Yes Sis, 2PM wedding namin last April, around 7AM nagdadatingan na mga Suppliers.

^^sis michie25 usually 5-6 hours before the ceremony ang arrival ng suppliers (hmua, coord, pv team). Baka hindi lang nalagyan ng punctuation ni hmua yung message? Baka she meant 5 hours, earlier than photographer. Kasi usually, nauuna talaga sila minsan ng an hour or 30 mins sa PV Team. Don't worry, I think they will not come as early as 5AM dahil on the time of wedding of 3PM, hulas na kayong lahat nyan. Siguro darating sila @ around 9AM, if 10AM si photographer then earlier sila ng konte. Clarify to your hmua again sis. Hope this helps.

^sis nakakaloka ang 5AM for a 3PM wedding Ask your hmua why sobrang aga? Wala ba syang assistant? Ilan ba sila sa team para ma cover ng maayos ang number of heads nyo? How many will do the hair as well as the make up? Or same person ba?

I know iba iba ang suppliers but to give you an idea, our wedding was just last December. Our ceremony time was 10AM and our hmua team came at 4:30 AM, same time with our coord. After 30 minutes, our PV Team came. They were group of 4 persons, 3 make up artists and 1 hair stylist. Ms. Mhec, the main hmua focused on me only, while the other 2 muas did traditional for our extra heads which were 4 heads. Bale 1 mua : 2 persons, one after the other then lilpiat kay hair stylist once they're done with the make up.

^ sis according kay hmua, 2 sila na make up artist, 1 hairstylist and 1 assistant. kaya siguro ganon kaaga yung call time. i'll try to bargain with her about sa time pero kung hindi niya kaya maghahanap na lang ako ng iba na kakayanin. feeling ko hindi na nga ako makakatulog ng maayos the night before tapos need ko pa gumising ng 5am. saka baka umangal ang entourage ko dahil ganon kaaga... haaaaiizzzzt.. buti na lang di ko pa siya na-book

Oo Sis, mas maaga pa nga wedding ko sayo, Tagaytay pa kami, pero nagdatingan Suppliers namin 7AM and nagprepare pa sila and breakfast/coffee. So mga 8-9 na kami nagstart magyusan. Masyado naman maaga yang 5AM, magshower ka pa saka almusal. OA yun hulas ka na pagdating sa Church.

Hello michie25, share ko lang yung experience ko. Same number yung HMUA team (2 make-up, 1 hairstylist) nung sa wedding ng friend ko. I was one of the 6 ento (3 secondary sponsors, 2 BMs, 1 MoH). The main MUA was of course for the bride and the two mothers. The other MUA was for the 6 entourage. 3PM yung wedding so we were advised by the bride na pumunta na sa room ng 9AM for the makeup. Long story short, nagahol sa oras yung makeup for the entourage since isa lang sya. Nainip na nga ako kakaintay for my turn kasi parang 45mins per head sya bago matapos and that's for the make up pa lang. Since isa lang din yung hairstylist, na-queue din kami dahil inaayusan din nya si bride and yung two mothers.

I suggest, kung konti lang naman ang difference, get another team for the entourage. Eto din yung regret ng isa kong friend na kinasal recently. Tumagal din sa makeup and muntik na hindi umabot sa pictorial yung ibang abay kasi isa lang yung team.

Pictorial with the bridesmaids usually starts 1hr before umalis going to church or before the ceremony (for Christian weddings).

thank you so much sa feedback mga sisses! kaya nga siguro ganon ka-early para di sila magahol sa oras, pero ako naman and my entourage ang mahahaggard i'll ask na lang din my otd coord kung pano ang magiging timeline and if ever try ko na nga lang rin maghanap ng ibang hmua for my entourage. tsk. tight lang kasi ang budget namin so pag may mga ganito na unexpected na-stress ako agad.

sisses! what about jhing canlas? any feedback sa kanya? okay naman for me ang rates and works nya in her fb page. sabi lang ni MOH ko parang hindi masyado maganda ang make-up nya sa mga morena (based on the pics sa fb) saka parang cakey daw.  sabi ko baka sa light lang or sa quality ng cam na ginamit

^hindi pa sis nakita ko si jhing canlas and affordable din ang rates nya pero sabi ng MOH ko medyo cakey ang make-up based sa mga pictures nya sa fb. i'm still searching for an affordable hmua pero yung okay sana ang output
