Hi Ladies, quick question lang with regards to meetings with your P/V Team.

Engagement Shoot - We will not have a stylist. Do we need to set a meeting with our Photographers prior the shoot? Is there a need?

Wedding - We did not get the same Videographer for our Save The Date and Wedding. Do we need to set a meeting with our Videographer for our meeting?

hi sis decibel28. Sa wedding, can't advice pa sis kasi december pa kami. pero balak ko before the wedding mag aask ako ng 1 meeting na magkasama si photog and videographer para makapag usap din sila ng mga each plans nila for the wedding day.

as for prenup, we had a meeting with our photogs about 2 months before the prenup shoot to discuss the peg, choose location and conceptualize what the vibe of the output you want to have (like natural na parang having fun lang ba, or medyo 60's peg, etc) then 2 weeks before, both h2b and i sent pictures of our outfits to the photog kasi he will then decide on what both of us will wear on each specific location. including pala the accessories.

Hay yun nga iniisip ko, parang okay din na magka isang meeting before the wedding both with P/V Team. In our case kasi magkaiba sila. So kelangan talaga ma plan ang availability. Ang mahirap pa diyan is both of us are based abroad so bilang na bilang ang uwi before the wedding day 

Scheduled Pre Nup kasi namin on December pa naman, pero uuwi kami ni fiance ng sabay next month, so dapat pala makapag schedule kami ng meeting with Photographers noh? Lalo wala kaming stylist.

Hi!

When we had our prenup, di na kami nakipag meet sa photog pero we prepared a mood board with pics nung venue kung san kami mag prenup. I also described the outfits that we will be wearing and yung gusto naming feel para kahit di na kami mag meet madali na lang for them. Yan din yung sinabi nila when we first met them. Pero shempre very important din talaga to meet your suppliers muna para makapag build na kayo ng rapport!

Hi Sis decibel28, we are also both based abroad, umuwe kami 3 weeks before the wedding to do our prenup, prepare our documents and tapusin lahat ng errands, LAHAT inarrange ko via chat lang sa Suppliers and own research.

Magkahiwalay din shoots namin since magkaiba kami P/V teams, sila din naman sa wedding, pero we never met them prior sa prenup shoots namin.

Lahat discussed lang via chat, wala naman naging issue whatsoever. As long as responsive sila sa queries or clarifications, kung di naman first timers mga kinuha mong teams (p/v) wala naman masyado magiging issue. Magprepare ka lang ng theme/pegs mo, kung wala ka stylist, your clothes and props if gusto mo, look for a location, present it and idiscuss with the teams.

Sis decibel28 - baka naman you can 'meet virtually' via skype with your P/V suppliers. May alam akong couple na gumawa na nito din.

Agree with them oki din may mood boards (Pati HMUA - ma-appreciate ito)

Hello kdramaholic, Rory_Lorelie_Gilmore, and bollin_pop Thank you sa lahat ng tips niyo with regards sa pre nup meetings and shoot, very helpful as in!

Next month kasi uuwi kami sa Pinas, then next uwi na would be December for our Pre Nup. Wedding namin is April 2018 pa naman. Pre Nup venue, HMUA, and Photographer are booked na din. I already called our Photographer and what they suggested is to do a pre production meeting next month. Actually 2 steps ahead na daw kami, considering na we already booked the venue and next is we already have pegs. Usually daw kasi, they suggest venue and concepts talaga, especially if the couple have a stylist. Since na wala kaming stylist, more on pegs lang talaga.

What they will do daw is to refine our pegs, discuss and finalize the concept, and discuss our desired output. They might also suggest for the outfit

What we will do now is tama kayo, to have a moodboard pati sa make up and outfit and all that Then send it to the photographers and my HMUA.

Hi ladies! I am currently struggling with finding the perfect videographer. Ang hirap. Madaming magaling. Any feedback on Photofarm (Cavite-based)? Shortlist ko sila sa as videographer since napaka cinematic ng mga SDEs nila but wala pa masyading reviews on their work here in GT. So far eto mga nashort list ko for video:

jentotmd, I won't mention na lang. Pero somewhat same style sila ni Law. Relaxed/lifestyle poses. Kaso lately parang mas nagugustuhan ko talaga ang mga shots ni Law.

winkar22 the best sila Law, I know too good to be true, pero wala talaga ako maisip na issue sakanila, responsive sa mga messages ko, less detailing and communications pero na hit lahat ng pegs and target, they exceeded our expectations and more. Gaan nila kasama, super funny, walang bigat or hassle or ilang.

Actually ako din iba ang first option sa photo, but when I saw him sa B&B din, di na talaga ko natahimik, hehe I switched too, best decision ever.  Napamahal din ako ng slight, with what I did, pero sabi nga nila no ragrets haha!
