Will you take a job that would serve as a training ground to reach your main goal even if it is low paying just as long as you are passionate doing it?

Are you a fresh grad? no work experience?
or just  shifting to another industry? if yes, then you have no choice but to start at the bottom and just work your way up.

If you're single and  no other responsibilities. go for it. 
but if you're supporting a family. Id say no.

seriously working with a great company and job--- but low salary.. will only give you short term happiness . in the end we all work for money.

Yes. I already did. Ang iniisip ko na lang, the trainings and experiences that I get are part of my compensation. If it's really good, it will increase your personal market value. When you go out, you can market yourself better and ask for much higher salary. And it also depends on how much you're willing to be frugal and how you're going to manage your finances. Bakit yung iba nakakaya naman nila? But if you have someone you need to support financially, iba na yun.

unless you're the breadwinner I'd say go for it. Think long-term.

Climbing the corporate ladder yan. Kung wala naman financial responsibilities, gora lang!

In short, unless you have bargaining power - top board passer or very high grades in school - go for it. How low is low? May mababa ang salary pero bumabawi sa benefits and commissions

Yes, I did. I worked 8 years in an auditing firm. Pag external audit and sa firm na napasukan ko work experience and trainings talaga ang baon mo pag lumabas ka. I have my sister to support that time but I still chose to work there because I think in the long run this will help me build my career and it did.
