About my bridal robe una kong choice ay La Tercera pero ayun napunta ako kay Micah Lacap Designs then yung mga bridesmaids yung kay TIta.

Okay naman un robe ni Micah Lacap though di ko pa nakikita personally pina check ko palang sa kapatid ko she saids it's nice, we just need to buy chemise.

Got mine from LT too and while I was happy with how mine turned out, I was utterly disappointed that the robes arrived less than a week before the wedding and the ento's robes are not silk charmeuse as advertised. I got the coarse kind. To make matters worse, they are not in the color I ordered but LT is insisting they are.

Has any of you experienced this?

Infamous La Tercera, such a letdown for a prominent brand.

Ordered my La Tercera robe last month. Buti na lang told them my wedding is on January 18 na. One full month before my actual wedding date.

I think Olivia Bloom Bridal Robes are very promising. I like their chiffon robes, ayoko kasi ng makintab. What I'm planning to do is order mine in white and then for my entourage buy a similar material in my color motif naman tapos papagaya ko sa tahi ng sakin.

Ziyi true, I'll be purchasing their chiffon one Althea ang name come January. Sa January daw uli sila mag entertain ng orders. Way cheaper than the rest, pero halatang the quality is nice. I have a photo of the Althea robe.

Asked for a quotation from our entourage gown designer and he quoted me 1.3k. Charmeuse satin daw ang gagamitin na tela. Is that reasonable already? 😊

Promising din yung sa Amelia in Lace. Medyo nakakatakot na kasi sa La Tercera parang overrated na. Hindi na yata nila ma-accommodate lahat ng orders. 😔

Nakabili ako ng ento robes at 650 sa landmark, makapal at maganda quality. May camisole na din, not sure what name ng tela. May 200 pesos din na silk/satin robes pero super nipis at di maganda quality, okay na sana kung may magandang color kaso ang titingkad 😱

I inquired with LT yesterday and asked about the ETA of the robes. They said January 21st for my Jan 25 date.

I guess talagang a few days lang before the wedding date ang  delivery date. So just make sure to give yourself an allowance if you order from LT.

I really hope La Tercera finds a way to improve their service - from the delayed delivery (agree with @LilaFowler, don't give them the actual date of your wedding), to poor communication. They have so many beautiful, well-lit photos of their robes taken by professional photographers but in their catalog you can't even see all the colors they have available. And when I asked for fabric swatches they sent me this crappy photo and it didn't even have labels.

It's a pity because the robes are really really nice and they photograph really well. If you have a lot of time and patience I think they're still worth getting.

My robes did not arrive on the promised date. Nakakainis lang because wala man lang communication that the robe has been delayed.

It's so unprofessional -- if you make a promise to a client you need to deliver. If you are unable to, the least you can do is give them a heads up diba?

For La Tercera, here are my suggestions:
- attend to your inbox more often, 2-3 day turnaround is not good enough.
- Upon dispatch of the robe, send an email confirmation. Just an email saying "hi your robe is in the mail and arriving on xxxxx"
- if there's a delay, let the client know

If the problem is the volume of orders, maybe they need to increase the lead time for orders although 2 months na yung lead time for my order.

Sorry for the rant, it's just my mum could not leave the house because she was expecting the package.

At this point, I would say LT is NOT RECOMMENDED unless you have infinite patience.

nakailang follow up din ako sis dahil ilang beses nadelay ang delivery. Sa huli nag give up na lang ako kakacommunicate, anyways 3 weeks pa naman before my wedding. Pero nadeliver din lang after a week. Yes you need patience kay LT. Pero super worth it nung nareceive ko, ganda din ng robe sa pictures. In the end di naman ako nagsisi na kinuha sila.

I was able to chat with Kae of Olivia Bloom last January 2 and I placed my order for Althea Robe. Hindi nya ko nabalikan so I thought hindi na na-go yung order ko. I ordered one from Lazada amounting to 899 and it's for shipping na today. But kanina nagtext si Kae, done na daw yung robe ko and she's asking for the embroidery. I'm pushing through with Althea since may embroidery na sya. Ibebenta ko na lang sa friend ko na ikakasal din yung inorder ko from Lazada.
I'm excited to see kung ano mas maganda sa kanilang 2. Hehe

exquisitegem Sis, talked to Kae, too haha she confirmed my order last 30th of December to confirm my size. We have the same robe, Althea din sakin, blush yung sakin, sayo ba? I asked her yesterday kung may long slevees na sila, wala pa daw. So Althea pa din ako. Hehe.  Akala ko din she forgot about me, kaya nagulat din ako nung nagconfirm ng kusa, inarrange na daw nila kasi by batch na ata sila gumawa. February na nga uli booking nila.

^^ XS ako Sis, oo nga magaganda at in fairness di kamahalan., pero wala akong embroidery so less 100 pa sa price.
