Ako March 2018 ako naka book nako since last year.  And believe it or not hindi ko nakuha yung 1st priority kong date may nauna na agad na naka book sa 1st choice naming date as early as 2016!!! So better book now before its too late.

When we went to Calaruega last Jan 7, the December calendar for 2018 is still open. We immediately booked our date! Feeling ko madami na nakabook ngayon. Meron na din 2019 bookings nakakaloka!

I remembered in 2012, super konti lang tao pero dahil siguro saturday ang daming tao. Na awkward an lang ako for the wedding there kasi marami lurkers pero I guess it's ok.

May ahas pa kami nakita na nahuli ng mga kuya parking. And the parking guys there are mejo scammers. Sabi ni kuya wala na parking sa Calaruega sa baba eh andami pa pagbaba namin. Na exercise tuloy ako hahah which is a good thing.

Hi Jan 2018 bride here. So far church palang final, Shrine of St. Therese. Initially dapat Caleruega kami but hindi talaga kasya guests namin. Anyone looking for a 3pm slot in Caleruega? Jan 8. I'll be letting go of the slot.

Grabe nakakagulat na halos fully booked na mga slots sa churches kahit 2018 pa ang wedding.
We inquired sa SSJ kasi yun talaga ang church na gusto namin ni H2B. First preferred date namin is taken na. Buti nalang free pa yung second option namin kaya pina-reserve ko na agad. Though December 2018 pa yun.

^^hi sis mary! I'm a December 2018 bride of Caleruega Church. Sikat kasi ang Caleruega kaya we book super ahead of time talaga. Sabi nila mas makukuha mo yung gusto mong date pag 2 years ahead ka nagbook dun. And it is really true. Our original plan is december 8, 2018, 3pm, kaso may nakabook na agad. Ayaw naman namin ng super aga feeling namin mas stressful kasi. I think open for booking din ang Chapel on the Hill, then sa our lady of lourdes naman hindi ko alam kung open na sila sa booking.

Hi ulit mga sis! Kumusta wedding preps? Nakakastress galore ang budgeting for Tagaytay wedding! Medyo narealize ko nang malaki din pala difference ng Manila wedding and Tagaytay wedding.

Yung budget namin na 400k, nakaka 334k na kami, major suppliers pa lang nabubook namin. We're estimating na papalo kami ng 500k by the end of the wedding, exclusive of honeymoon expenses pa yun.

Any Osio's catering bride here? May nag avail ba sa inyo ng OTD coordination nila? They have a really attractive package and medyo decided na kami to get them as our caterer sa Casa De Corazon. Any additional feedback regarding them is welcome.

Hi Sis! You may want to check the Weddings and Beyond Wedding & Debut expo this weekend, January 21&22. Last week I went to the Getting Married Bridal Fair in SMX. I booked my OTD coordinator - Kiss The Girl. Lucky rin ako coz I won some freebies sa raffle, free na tuloy yung Suit ni H2B.  

If attend ka ng Bridal fair, the rates are cheaper, saka may mga freebies. 2016 rate yung nakuha ko sa KTG. Instead of 28K for OTD nakuha ko sila ng 25K. To think na 2018 pa wedding ko.

My recommendation is, list down everything, decide on a budget, search for suppliers one by one, check mo mga supplier ratings, kung ano pasok sa budget at maganda quality/service, go for it. If nasa Bridal Fair sila, the better, just go there and lock the price.

Minsan kasi merong supplier na may freebies or complete package na iooffer, mas makakamura ka, Depende sis.

For me, I started with the number of guests (sino mga invited namin) and theme na gusto namin. Tapos from there we booked the Church and Reception. I am going to pay the DP for my photo supplier tomorrow and Video supplier next week. March 2018 Bride ako.

I try my best na mag stick sa budget na na-set namin ni H2B. So kahit medyo masakit na ulo ko kaka-search online for suppliers, worth it naman.

@raiizea yup open na nga COTH and OLLP for 2018 bookings as of last December na nag-inquire kami. Sa OLLP wala pa masyado pero yung COTH wala na yung gusto naming sched :/

hi mga sis! June 2018 pa yung wedding pero nakabook na ako ng major suppliers kasi nasabi nila na mag tataas na, napabigla kaming mag book hehe.

Kelan yung appropriate time na asikasuhin yung pre nup? Pwede ba yun paasikaso ke Coordinator (Looking for venue, coordinating the suppliers etc.). Dapat ba mag pareserve na rin ako ng venue as early as now?

sis raiiza curios ako sa wala pang 300k mo, and to think booked na major suppliers mo, kami kasi church and P/V pa lang pero pag nag-add ako ng ibang suppliers parang lagpas 300k na. sakit pala sa ulo mag budget. hahahaha

^^ yes sis, kelangan lang talaga magresearch. One team lang ang p/v namin kaya hindi mahal, yung venue naman nakuha namin sa introductory rate kasi nung time na ginagawa pa mababa yug price, yung church as is lang kung ano price ng december nila, yung caterer naman famous caterer ng tagaytay for budget weddings yung kinuha namin pero talagang ang daming good reviews. Hindi pa namin nabook yung coordinator pero kahit ibook namin yun wala pa din sa 300k yung samin. May budget lang talaga kaming sinusunod. Magbloblow pa actually lagpas 400k pagnakumpleto namin lahat ng supplier na tinatarget na namin. Dapat nga 350k lang talaga kami, kaso hindi kakayanin pala haha!

i'm working overseas kaya medyo malabo pa for me paano ko ba sisimulan ang lahat. im really considering na kumuha ng coordinator.. most likely yung full and not the otd one..
i want to ask for your opinion or basta kung may idea lang kayo.. mas makakatipid nga ba kaya kapag kumuha ng mga wedding packages kagaya ng inooffer nina TwoAmethyst/Awesome Events by Mark? Or not necessarily? Pwede pa rin maging pasok sa budget maski hiwa-hiwalay ang kuha ng suppliers? Kayo girls? what do you personally prefer?
