Can I file case against an active bank? Paano po kaya?

Hope someone could help,  been through PDIC and BSP,  but ni forward pa din ako sa concerned bank.... Walang action

Technically, you can file against any establishment or anyone. Ang tanong, are you willing to spend money and time on it? If that active bank is one of the top5 big banks in the country, are you still willing to do it? I'm not saying you ignore it, but decide wisely. Natry mo na ba customer service nila, going to the department of your concern? What did they say? Do you have concrete proof that can help your case? Is it a major concern or baka simple concern lang like waiving annual fee?
