Table Linens and Wedding Color Motiff

Hi ladies! I hope you could help me out by telling me what is your wedding color motif and color of your table linens.

Here is my dilemma: i am eyeing for shades of lilac, magenta and purple + gold as accent as my  wedding colors

My ninangs are in lilac, my entourage will wear magenta then I am planning on having my table linens plum (dark purple) with gold chairs.

Some people are discouraging me and telling me to go for a different shade for the linens since some guests might wear the same color and end up "terno" with the table linen.

I really wanted the plum and gold table set-up, but I am also considering their inputs.

Hi Kat    we got married last May 2016 and we used pastel colors for our motif (peach, mint green, gold)
Ninangs: mint green
Entourage: peach, flower girls: mint green
Parents: gold
Table Linen (with runner if applicable): white as base, mint green yung pinaka top, then yung runner is color gold
Table napkin: i cant remember if it's color white,
Chair: gold

i think it's ok lang naman kung same shade sa set-up at sa damit, samin nga yung drapings namin color mint green and peach pa,pero maganda kinalabasan at wala naman nag reklamo because siguro naisip nila na big day namin yun hindi sa kanila.. hahaha! basta ang importante maging happy ka sa araw na yun

Hi sis! our motif is pale pink and light gray. Since our theme is rustic, we will be using burlap for the reception styling.

Ninangs: either shades of pink/gray
Entourage: Bmaids: pale pink, SS: light gray, flower girls: pale pink with gray accent, MOH :darker shade of   pink, Mothers: darker shade of gray
Table Linen (with runner if applicable): white linen with table runner of burlap with white lace
Table napkin: white
Chair: white

Thank you sis! at least alam kong di ako nagiisa! hahahaha! yung mint green ni ninang and nung runner di naman sobrang pareho? pero i think tama ka! as long as happy ako dahil day ko naman yun! Salamat! i'll push through with my plum set up! hihi!

^Hi shinies! haha di nako magaannounce ng attire color kasi baka hassle sa kanila. gusto ko nga sabihin any color except plum. para wag lang materno sa table cloth! hihi. Thank you!

Hi! Medyo naging problem din namin ni h2b to. Mint, blush and gold kami. Naka-blush ang ento so definitely hindi na blush ang table linen. So nagstick kami sa white/cream. Naisip ko, okay ba yung white/cream table linen then mint runner, pink centerpiece/flowers then gold tiffany chairs? Medyo doubtful pa ko sa gold tiffany chairs kaya lang mawawala naman kami sa motif if silver tiffany chairs. Ang gulo! Haha! Any suggestion?

^Hi BBB21! nakakatuwa lang na at least alam kong hindi lang ako ang namomoblema sa linens. haha! 

Pero mukhang okay naman yung combination mo. parang yung kay shammpyshai, but instead of blush, peach sya. Also, I think you can never go wrong with white as base naman. Ayoko lang kasi magwhite table linens dahil feeling ko di bagay sa venue ko.

May dress code na kasi kaya ayaw ko magdagdag pa ng restriction sa kulay. Mas gusto ko masunod yung dress code kesa kulay.

Got married 2 years ago. Our color motifs are: navy blue, coral pink, pale pink and silver.

Ninangs: shades of pale pink, blush pink, coral pink
Entourage: skirt - navy blue, top - coral pink
Table Linen (with runner if applicable): white, runner is navy blue
Table Flowers: shades of pink and green
Table napkin: coral pink
Chair: ribbons are navy blue

^BBB21. Hi sis! kung white, i think depende sa mga ilalagay mo sa gitna. I initially wanted a plain white setup then mostly white and greens lang na flowers. but i realized na okay lang yun if I have a stylist, but since i don't, naisip ko na magiging plain nga.

I think I prefer white table linen with the colored runner. Kasi pag colored and matching everything baka nakaka umay.

To TS, You are putting flowers sa table din diba? What color? If purple shades yung flower maybe white table cloth, gold table runner. The table napkins can be plum.

Similar to this. That's my cousin's tablescape for her wedding. Her colors were burgundy, peach and gold.

I saw another table setting with white tablecloth, gold chargers and violet napkins, the violet really pops out.

^thanks LilaFlower! kaso walang table runner sa venue ko. They only offer table linen. Ayoko lang iwhite kasi feeling ko magiging plain lalo na nga at walang table runner.

^ I see, you can't bring your own? I think sa Divisoria nya binili yung kanya. Dinala nya all the way to Sydney kasi wala syang stylist. Nag order lang sya sa florist nya ng centrepieces tapos bumili sya ng tealight candles.

^Hi Lilaflower, I am actually looking at that possibility of bringing my own table runner na lang. Kaya lang minsan naiisip ko ang hassle din. haha! tealight candles will be provided by the hotel na rin. Magpapamock set up ako this coming weekend. Hope everything turns out fine. Thank you sis!

Pwede mo naman ibigay sa kanila yung table runners ahead of time Isang box yung iniwan ko nun hehe tapos sila na nagset up ng lahat.
