pano yun mga sis, kung magrereturn tayo, sa korea talaga irereturn yun item?

hindi pa ako nakakabili sa althea, pero parang interested ako kasi pwede ireturn yung item kung sakaling hindi maganda sakin.

I ordered from Althea mid January and was advised of delay on delivery due to Chinese New Year. Normally, it takes 8-10 business days ang delivery nila sa location ko; tomorrow is the 12th business day na, wala pa rin update. Sana madeliver na parcel ko, ubos na masks ko

Email mo na lang sila sis kasi kulang nakalagay sa website.

Medyo mabagal nga sila ngayon dahil sa holiday.. 9 ako nagorder tapos 13 pa ship out. Waiting pa din hanggang ngayon

May option ba sila payment via Dragon pay, Bayad Center (LBC)? Tips para maka-discount? P350 na ba ang pinaka-malaki na discount? Pano malalaman kung hanggang kelan lang naka-sale yung isang item?

^Dragonpay pwede.. Regarding discount, I always use the coupons sent with my every order. Discounts range from 10-20%. Tapos yung free shipping nga pag 1k above order mo.

Ang tagal ng shipping nila. I was so excited to buy kasi I saw na super low-priced talaga sila as compared to mall price kaso 2 weeks na, wala padin order ko :/ Ilang days nang stuck sa "handed over to partner" yung status nung shipment ko sigh

Gaano katagal yung average time for Althea to deliver? I recently bought items din kasi.

^ Pinakamabilis na order ko 9 days. Pinakamatagal naman 13 days.

Ganyan nga. 1 linggo hanggang 2 yung tagal pero madalas 1.5 linggo sa akin.

I've always had excellent experience with Althea. Siguro around 10 times na ako nakabili sa kanila

Average time from the moment I paid to the time I get my package is 5 days. Yung last time, just this weekend 4 days lang: ordered/paid Tuesda, received the package Saturday.

Mas mura din items nila compared to other retailers and ang daming choices. They often go on sale too! ^_^

Ako din napayaman ko na nag Althea dahil more than 10x na din ako nag order sa kanila. Even gifts to my mom and mil, dito ko na lang binibili. I love na mas mababa yung prices nila and free shipping pa basta 1k saka yung pinakaimportante door to door yung delivery.

Before nagtry ako magreturn sa althea pero pag pala nakapromo (like brand day) yung product na binili mo, di pwede. brand day kasi nung brand na yun nung binili ko.
