bought from althea about 2 weeks ago and okay naman ang service nila. after 1 week nakuha ko na yung items. i think mas mabilis pa dapat ang processing kaya lang nataon na holiday sa korea nung nag-order ako. issue ko lang siguro is that not all products are available. will i order again? definitely!

Happy with them. Mas mura yung products, and complete Yung description ng bawat item. They also have huge sales and free giveaway from time to time.

One time pa,  I bought a Tony Moly Tomatox and sumabog yung Mask sa box. I emailed Althea and they gave me a replacement.

Shipping takes 4 to 5 days. I usually place my orders on Sundays, by Thursday or Friday the same week, nasa bahay na yung package :-)

Tried it out for the first time today as I saw the It's Skin Power 10 buy 2 get 1 free deal. I added Nature Republic Aloe gel and 1 pc of the Holika Holika blackhead removing set thing to avail of free shipping. The serums turned out to be 260 nalang for each jar. Not bad! Can't wait to get my package.

hay naku yumaman na ang althea sa akin LOL. more than ten times na yata ako nakaorder and I have no negative comments about their service. Sayang lang lately nun LBC na yun nagdedeliver ng packages nila (before kasi iba) nagkakadent na yun boxes pero oks lang boxes lang naman hihi!

I pay thru paypal and average duration before makarating sa akin yun package is 1 to 2 weeks..

Ang mura at ang ganda ng deals nila kasi nakakaaddict na nga huhu. I dont buy na dito sa korean stores sa atin super mahal kasi lalo na sa malls grabe pala ang patong kasi syempre pati pwesto babayaran.

mabilis ang delivery nila (1 week on point) if you pay via COD kaso nga lang over ako dun sa price limit ng COD so nagbayad ako via dragonshare and it took the full 2 weeks na time allotment nila bago maship sa akin. nastress na ako sa kakahintay haha huhu.

Ilang beses na ko nakapag-return sa Althea, I haven't tried pa sa Zalora, pero okay naman yung sa kanila. Everytime may allergic reaction ako sa products nila binabalik ko. Although etong last na hindi ko na ginawa, tinamad na kasi ako. Haha. Pero yes, unconditional returns. So kahit ano reason mo tatanggapin naman nila.

I paid via dragonpay and my shipment arrived within 1 week. I paid the same day I ordered. COD wasn't an option when I ordered, and mine just reached the minimum amount for free shipping.

^ Walang bayad ang pag-return.
I-email mo lang sila about dun sa return item, magrereply CS rep nila with a ticket number. Then punta ka sa Althea account mo, request for an RMA. You can ask for a replacement or refund thru points.  After 1-2 days, check mo yung status ng RMA kung approved na. They will give you instructions naman such as return address, etc. Ikaw ang mag-aasikaso sa courier. Once you've sent the package, send mo sa kanila yung courier receipt (they will reimburse p100 max thru credits). Within a week check mo kung nasa Rewards mo na yung refund.

Good services nila, super quick yung delivery nila although may isa akong napurchase, i forgot the name. Search ko ulit anong name ng product na yun, Okay naman siya. Until one time nagka allergic reaction ako sa serum na yun. Pero ttry ko pa rin ibang products baka nagkataon lang na di fit sa akin yung serum na yun.
