FYI, the NAIA Expressway connecting T1 & T2 is already open for use. Toll fees are free for one month. Then the access to T3 will open by the end of the year. Hopefully ma-ease up ng konti ang traffic around that area especially this coming Christmas season.

In fairness sa T3, madaming establishments before immigration, so okay lang kung napaaga ka masyado... Dati gusto ko saktong hintayan lang. Unlike kapag sa Changi, lagi akong maaga. Lol.

Question lang mga sis. Planning to bring my 7 month old baby to Boracay in January 2017, she'll be 10 month old by then, ano ba ang kailangan ko dalin na documents, we'll be travelling via Air Asia. Nakabook na kami ng hubby ko, ihahabol ko nalang yung ticket nya and my mother in law's.

totoo ba na integrated na sa ticket ang airport tax/terminal fee kaya wala ng babayaran sa airport. whatever what airlines pa yan? like jetstar etc?

^napatingin tuloy ako sis sa ticket ko sa jetstar. Meron nga dun Passenger Service Charge na 550 per pax. Yun na ba yun terminal fee?

sa online kasi ako nagpurchase sis pagkakaalam ko service un sa paggamit ng online and inaad nila yun sadulo ng transactions sa online .. pero yun ask ko eto terminal fee ba yun na pag international flight is around 1thousand plus...talaga ba tanggal na daw yun now??

^ahh hindi ako sure. Pero iba pa yun service fee ko sa pagbook online. 500 per person naman kami dun.

I think hindi. That's travel tax. You can pay online thru TIEZA. Some airlines, kasama na ata ito.

Terminal fee or airport tax for both domestic and international flights have already been integrated in tickets way back 2014/2015 for flights departing from major airports here. That would be reflected in your ticket as the Passenger Service Charge (LI) and Aviation Security Fee.

As for the PH travel tax of Php1620 (economy/business class travel on international flights), there are some airlines like KLM where the PH tax is automatically included when you buy your tickets online if you choose the Philippine market tab. While most carriers will have a reminder that you will have to pay the travel tax (if you qualify) before you check in for your flight.

^thank you! So yun PSC ko na 550 yun na ang terminal fee. No need to pay sa airport. Travel tax na 1620 na lang.

Last year CebPac nagbayad pa kami terminal fee sa T3.

^Yes. Re paying the airport tax if you bought your tickets before Feb2015 hindi pa sya integrated so bayad pa rin sa airport. Tickets issued after Feb 1, 2015 integrated na.

Regarding Phil travel tax, hindi pa kasama sa ticket if you're using a low-cost carrier (e.g. Cebu Pacific, Air Asia, Jet Star, etc.)  It can be paid at the airport in the Travel Tax counter prior to check-in or you can pay online thru the TIEZA site.  Bayad muna kayo sa counter kasi madaming nakakalimot and then andun na sila sa check-in counter ng airline only to be told to go the tax counter and then return with the receipt.  Pipila nanaman uli sa airline counter. 

For regular carriers (PAL, Cathay Pacific, Emirates, etc.) naka incorporate na yun if you buy from travel agencies and ticketing outlets but if purchasing online, double check in the cost/fare breakdown as it depends on the airline.  PAL, in their website, gives you the option to pay at the airport or dun na rin online as you book.

I'll be arriving on Christmas night in T3. Hindi ko lang kasi napapansin but may mini-branches ba ang banks and Western Union and will they be open that night? Wala ako kasi pesos and I need them before boarding a Grabcar. Second option ko is to use the ATMs but ayaw ko kasi exchange rate and fees nila.

Ngayon lang ako nakapagtravel and nagboard sa T3 after 3 years and medyo madami na din pala nabago. Ok yung bagong covered parking, and fix na 300 PHP per day. Dati kase sa open parking (not sure kung binago na din ang rates) strict sila sa 24 hours, pag lumampas ka may bayad na ang per hour. Medyo mabilis na din ang check in, maybe nakatulong yung online system nila. Pero major thing I've noticed is nagluwag ang security nila. They are now allowing drinks after ng check-in, not sure kung sinisita nila yung sa boarding. Tinanong namin yung security bago kami bumili ng food and sinabi ok lang daw. Then we saw another passenger carrying a 1L bottled water and di rin pinatapon. Tapos they don't check the IDs anymore? Walang nagcheck sa amin until makasakay kami ng plane. I don't know kung nagkataon lang, pero medyo naka-kabother pa din ng onti.
On a side note, medyo OT, we're very happy na hindi na delayed ang flight namin sa ceb pac.
Yung going back to Manila pa nga eh napaaga ng mga 10 mins, this is a first for us!

^ Hi sis, ang experience ko is after scanning (after immigration na to ha, as in papasok ka na ng departure area), pwede ka naman bumili ng drinks. I think sa ibang airports naman pwede talaga yun kumbaga kasi stores naman sa loob ng departure area. Pero pinapatapon talaga before i-scan yung bags mo, at pag may nakita, papatanggal sayo.

^^oo nga my last flight to Tagbilaran this month I completely forgot I had a 500ml unopened bottle of water. Ready na nga ako itapon sa bin pero nung nakita ng security sa xray ng pre-dep area sinabihan ako na pwede ko daw bitbitin sa loob. I was pleasantly surprised. Bigla tuloy akong na-confused sa 100ml LAGs ruling. Haven't tried it though when leaving on international flights.

Domestic flights ng CebPac they double check your ID and boarding pass pag nag boarding na.

^napaisip nga din kame dun 100mL LAG ruling. di talaga chineck IDs namin hangang sa nakasakay kame. Hawak hawak nga ni hubby pero di naman tiningnan. Yung Tagbilaran back to MLA chineck naman. Sa T3 lang talaga ang luwag.

For cebupac domestic flights, how early should you target to be at the airport? Is it 2 hours before your flight? Tia!

^Ideally yes. But you can get away with one hour if you don't have any check in bags and have checked in online. You can just go straight to the gate.
