^ sis Ziyi! Hahaha! Mukhang ako nga mauuna sa 2017! Waaaaaahhh!!! Sana may mai-share ako na tips sa inyo :p

OMG sis pumili ka na!!!! Hahaha! I'm sure maganda naman parehas yan Mahirap talaga ang gown lalu na kung wala ka dream gown hehe! Mag base ka na lang sa quality! :p

Wala ako idea san pwede mag rent kasi usually yung mga ganun provided ng stylist or pinapahiram ng couturier nila!

@maedonnas: So far the cheapest I've found is P60 per balloon. Will let you know if I find someone cheaper The others I asked were P80-100 (with a high minimum and delivery fee)!  If MTQ doesn't allow confetti, sparklers are nice also! But depends what time your ceremony is i guess.

@ LilaFowler: Confetti or petals is nice for when you exit the church Our church (CTK) allows it, so we're going to do petals.  Then the balloons are just for pictorials afterwards. My coordinator suggested I get balloons, since it'll look nice in the aerial shot for the SDE. We don't plan to release the balloons -- just going to have guests hold them up around/behind us

@ziyi you can also use bubbles if you are not allowed confetti. Pero check din kasi some churches do no allow bubbles kasi they stain furniture etc.

We are using confetti but I'm still trying to source biodgradeable ones. The church allows confetti pero we have to pay a cleaning fee of P600.

Hi ladies! naisip ko din yan before kasi yung mga tita ko na kinasal may wedding rehearsal (christian wedding) pero naisip ko nga na another gastos so wag na lang! hahaha i think kaya naman without it dahil may mga coordinators na tayo ngayon unlike before na wala talaga. 

Naisip din namin wedding rehearsal, kaso, baka obligadong pakainin ko ulet sila dahil hihingi ulet ako ng oras nila.

Pero mostly sa mga de abroad ang mga bisita, it's very common to do meet and greet before their wedding day.

less than a month to go, mediyo naisstress na din ako. Diko pa nafinalize mga wedding songs and also check other requirements.  I'm also planning my pre-wedding celeb  in province for my relatives who couldn't come to my wedding. Aarrrrgh

Plus I wanna start preparing na rin for our std and photo engagement session. Do any of you know where we could rent gowns and suits?

Saw some gowns for rent sa RoyAnneCammilla in Santolan, near Ortigas Ave.

@Lilaflower hindi rin allowed ang bubbles sa church namin sis. I guess I'll stick with the wedding wands na lang. The showering of petals, sa entrance na lang sa reception namin siguro gawin.

whitesheep Sis, why if I may ask, kamusta ba preps mo? If it makes you feel better, ako 4 months nalang hehe.  Cheer up, you still have enough time. If you booked the major Suppliers, or at least half of them, calm down, everything else will follow.

I'm looking forward to the positive side of stress, LOSING WEIGHT!!!

@whitesheep: Yan problem ko. Lalo na December, tapos yung fitting ko for the gown would be 2nd week of January. Nakakastress talaga.

16 days to go, start na ng 2017 brides! ❤️ Kami, 3 months to go! Medyo nasstress ako kasi feeling ko makakalimutan ko na i-prioritize yung mga small details. So focus!! We can do this! Hehe

^ Kaya mo yan sis-BBB21! Basta tingnan lang natin checklist from time to time para di natin makalimutan lahat Sa sobrang OC ko, naka-plot na lahat ng kailangan namin gawin until the wedding day (which is on May 2017 naman).


Regarding losing weight, baka hindi ko na ipapapalit yung corset ng dress into zipper. para pumayat man o tumaba, kasya pa rin on the wedding day

Parang nastress ako na 12 months nalang and still have a lot to pay! tee hee! currently we're at 20% paid palang of the total wedding cost. and still realizing more extra cost na hindi nacover ng original budget plan namin

Sis Tincywincy, dont be stress sis, sa ngaun what you can do is magstick first sa budget as much as possible. Major supppliers dapat medyo fixed sila and you can book them early as now to avail 2016 prices or join bridal fairs. Then pag may mga wants ka iset aside mo muna sila . What i did for non negotiable suppliers binook ko na and yung mga wants ko i keep it aside, then if i have extra from my major suppliers dun ko kukunin yung mga little wants ko.

Like for my sponsor gift sinabay ko siya nung black friday sale. Nakasave ako ng half so i can splurge on a bit for my ento flowers. Tapos yung shoes ko instead of purchasing another shoe kasi parang gusto ni hubby bumili ng another shoe for my reception gusto ko nalng  isplurge ng konti yung bridal robe ko rather than sticking to normal ones. Then sa cake instead of splurging too much i will keep it simple and just add another food cart for the guest to enjoy the cocktails. Something like that.  Along the way marerealize mo kung ano yung pwede mo itweak  and pwede mo iset aside nalng.

Hello ladies! Tagal ko hindi nakavisit dito. Hindi kasi ako makapost due to text speak warning.
Anyway here's the progress of our prep: as of now, on going na ang distribution namin ng wedding invitations, i have bought my wedding shoes and i have been breaking it in for one week. Nakapagdetailing na rin kami with our church Florist. Next week, we will process our marriage license application.

Thanks sa tip sis lots-o! actually as of now ang nagpalaki ng cost samin is the prenup shoot. hindi ko kasi inexpect na mamimiss ko yung sale ng airfare kaya medyo mas mahal nakuha namin, at the same time hindi din negotiable samin ni h2b yung location because may significance talaga sya samin.. altho okay lang naman pero siguro plus factor nalang din na palapit na yung wedding parang namamagnify yung mga ganung pressure points.

Malaki talagang additional cost ang airfare. Our airfare cost us another 100k. Considering on sale na yung airfare malaki pa din sya. This is for going home twice and not counting my initial trip home to order my dress and inspect the venue.

Tincywincy I feel you Sister, mga mini heart attack moments when you found out another possible gastos in the making. So nagpasobra na talaga ako ng budget, masakit man, pikit mata haha, kesa kulangin, in the long run kung may matipid pa, much better.

wow sis I'm excited for you!!! ang lapit na. I cannot imagine the level of pressure nyo ngayon. sis LilaFowler this summer na din wedding mo diba? grabe lang yung gastos mo sis sa Airfare. altho I know worth every peso naman yan pero malaki din yung binudget mo in total ha.

We're having our prenup sa Catanduanes sis. For one, only Cebpac flies there so mahal na yung regular fare nila (around 5k each, 4k pag may kasamang dasal tee hee! ). kung mag-via Legazpi naman and Naga, ang layo. Sayang oras (since we're strictly going for a 3 day-2 nights trip lang dahil lalong magmamahal ang cost lalo na kay photopgrapher). so medyo no choice. eh yung HMUA at susuotin pa. (Local palang to, pano pa yung mga sis natin na overseas prenup ang ginawa, kaloka) 

Sis Rory_Lorelie_Gilmore , buti nalang may pasko pa. may break sa mga gulat at mini heart attack episodes!
