Mga sis, 1:30 AM and eto ako nag aayos ng wedding preps. Buti long weekend. haha!

I went through my OTD-provided org file and realized na almost 5 months away from the wedding date, we've just completed ~30%.  Que horror. haha! Tumataas and panick meter ko.

Next up for us yung mga pang ento (gowns, HMUA). Question: Is it ok to trust online feedback/reviews or do you still meet with potential ento designer and HMUA?

^^If hindi bawal sa church, I think pwde naman yun kaya lang kakain ng oras mo sa church if isa-isa pa silang maglalakad lalo na if strict ang church sa time (like yung churches na sunod-sunod ang weddings) tapos mahaba aisle mo.

I will have 2 Matrons of Honor if hindi makakauwi from the US yung childhood BF ko pero sabay silang maglalakad para hindi sayang oras.

I have 3 MOHs because I have 3 BFFs, 2 BMs, and 3 SS. Sa church naman they will tell you the rules kung hanggang ilan lang etc., but good thing sa San Sebastian wala naman ni-require sa amin na # ng Entourage. Sa age lang sila ng kids medyo strict.

march 2017 here. medyo nagbui build up na stress at nakailang fights na kami since 2 weeks ago because of the wedding planning stress.
there was a time na gusto ko ako primary nag hanadle ng things pero finally delegated some of them to my boyfriend.

gastos wise, medyo kontrolado pa pero i feel tataas pa sya pag pumasok na yung little things. also contemplting kung itututloy ko pa ag prenup
kasi dagdag gastos pa kasi e :/ ayoko naman gumastos na ng sobra kasi mas gusto ko iprep yugn marriage esp. since we plan on
having a baby as soon as possible (im 33 na kasi e)

Haloo girls! 3 more months before our big day! Feb 4 bride here.
Almost done with our preps. Konting detailing na lang. I learned to let go of some DIYs na dagdag trabaho and gastos lang tapos hindi naman papansinin ng guests. Hehe.

Sis @yinandyang I think understandable ang little fights here and there. Nakakastress naman kasi talaga kung minsan ang preps. Pero one thing I realized, hindi dapat sa wedding planning umikot ang mundo. Kailangan nyo din ng break from the planning from time to time.

5 months plus away kami from wedding. Thou booked ang major suppliers, madami pa palang minor suppliers.    Also, just learned today na mahal pala ang florist. haha! Akala ko mga 10K lang. Inquired kay Inah today, hopefully di masyadong mahal. Btw, PC caterer namin and kukunin namin yung basic styling lang. Kahit ba basic styling kailngan pa rin ng florist?

Sis yinandyan, aja! Understable ang fights/disagreements but hopefully nareresolve din agad. I originally planned to drop the prenup since dagdag gastos, but decided to push through since free sha kay photographer and di kasi ako nag trial makeup kay HMUA, so kukunin ko sha for prenup to "try". Para makatipid, sa metro manila area lang kami and di na kami kukuha ng stylist.

During interviews with suppliers, do you ask for discounts? Do they usually oblige? Parang diyahe kasi.

I do. I usually ask, "is that the best you can do?"

Pero depends din on how much it is. If I know na mura na, I would not ask for a big discount.

I really get shy when asking for discounts. I dont think I ever did it in person haha. Usually I ask what's their "best price" only via email or text. If I have a budget naman, I tell them my budget and ask if that amount is possible with the requirements I have.

I find it very rude when people ask for discounts tapos di naman pala ready to commit.
