Yun din worry ko sis, actually tapos na yung dress nila kelangan nalang for 1st fitting ng january. 1 yr nadin yun. Sana naman lahat sila available pa.

Oo nga crossing fingers mga petite pa naman yung iba so sobrang worried talaga ako. Kelangan ko din maghanap ng back up just in case.

^are some of your entourage members friends and not related to your husband? Maybe you can ask them quietly, if they're available on that date? For relatives of your husband, probably best to wait until January to avoid any tension...

If some girls aren't available, and you'll need to find proxies, maybe you can try speaking to your dressmaker, and ask if you'd be able to use the old dress to make new ones for proxies if needed?  I was recently in a wedding as a proxy. They used the old gown to make mine (we only had 2 weeks), and it turned out fine   The "old" gown was a bit loose on me though, so maybe that's why it was easy to alter. They even changed the entire design for me. Just used the fabric from the old gown.

Since your girls are petite, maybe you can ask whether your designer would be able to use parts of the dress (maybe the skirt)? So you won't have to pay full price for a new one

First time to meet with suppliers this weekend. Going to interview a prospective coordinator. Any tips on what i am supposed to ask?

Other minor things -- Where do you guys usually meet, and if resto or coffeeshop, who pays? Also, how long does the meeting usually last? thanks!

^Usually coffeeshop. ☺️ Pero pag it's lunch/dinner time, syempre sa resto na. And you should be the one paying. It can take 1-1.5 hrs depende sa details na paguusapan.
Usually, based sa experience, ang tinatanong namin is payment terms, ano inclusion ng package nila (although these are already stipulated in the contract, you can just check the contract). May oot charge ba (if your wedding is outside Metro Manila), ilan sila sa team, sino bridal manager, anong means of coms nila otd of the wedding (may two-way radio ba sila), ilang meetings kayo before the wedding, if may ka-tie up ba silang suppliers na pwede mong iavail with discount, those stuff.

Nagkatampuhan pa kami dahil jan. Nai-stress daw siya. Siguro sa way ng pagsasabi ko ng mga requirements and yun nga parang gahol sa oras. Asa barko kase siya.
Then nasabi ko sa kanya,mas stress ako sayo kase ako lahat yung nag-aasikaso.

Sis sa una lang yung pressure about legal papers once you're already on it mababawasan yun. Overwhelming kasi sa dami kaya dapat you have a checklist and timeline.

We got the 4:30pm slot for wedding at Manila Cathedral. What's a practical time to start with reception?

We haven't booked the hotel yet kasi di namin alam what time to start considering na may pictorials after the church ceremony and other stuff to video I guess. But the reception venue is near church naman like 15min away without traffic.

For an afternoon wedding best to start the reception around 6:30 to 7pm. with only 1 hour window time for pictorials. this is especially kung may pasok kinabukasan. the guests will want to go home na agad after eating kapag super late na nagstart ang reception.

1st fitting of my gown is on Nov.4..

Invitation card ko, hindi ko pa napapagawa..
May kakausapin pa kasi kameng PS..
