Not new sa GT pero first post since I am starting to do preps for our wedding on 2018. Excited lang! Hahha! I am trying to find a thread for chapel on the hill brides but I could not find one. If there's one existing na, just let me know.

Hi COTH bride din ako. At nag titingin na ako ng priest na pwede mag kasal sa amin kasi gusto ko sana hindi boring ang homily at the same time solemn. Sino officiating priest mo sis shopaholic? Balak ko kasi si father allen sa calaruega pero 2 mos prior pa daw mag confirm. March 2017 ako 😊

Hi! i really like the ambiance at COTH. Kaya lang nababasa ko na mahirap ang venue for reception. May reception are ba sa COTH mismo? hehe.

Hi ykaiii, my reception venue is at Fernwood Gardens Tagaytay, which is about 10 mins. away from COTH.  Rates will depend on if you're getting venue only, package with food or full package. 

Hi KL, yes I heard super good feedback about Fr. Allen, only downside is he arrives late sometimes, so if you want a timely flow of events during wedding day, you better take that into consideration.  Fr. Allen was not available for my wedding date :-( I am trying to get Fr. Milo, the priest who conducts canonical interviews for OLAN, because he was super nice during our interview.  I'm a single mom, and was super surprised that he was super supportive and in favor of my decision not to get married when I found out I was pregnant.

Hi pretty_b, I have not heard of receptions held there.  Although it may be possible, its not usually done since there are alot of nice reception venues in Tagaytay.

Sis @shopaholic sino po ang priest nyo? Mahirap ba yung processing ng papers? Kase sa may Batangas pa..from Manila kase kami, pero na love at first sight talata ako sa CoTH.

Hi Ivy2018, we initially wanted Fr. Milo, the priest who conducted our canonical interview coz he seemed so nice. Unfortunately he had another engagement that day at 6pm. And since our ceremony was at 5pm, Hindi talaga kaya.

Groom just called COTH and they provided us with a priest I think the following day. We have Fr. Arthur Hizon of don bosco. We'all meet him on Oct. 22, will let you know how it goes 😊

Yes, OLAN is in Lemery, Batangas, and the bridge going there from Tags collapsed due to a landslide, so if you want to take a car, you have to go around through several Batangas towns. But what we did was leave our car at the Petron gas station just a little past the Nasugbu sign, and take a 30 min. tricycle ride to OLAN to submit docs and for canonical interview. We told the tricycle driver to wait for us nadin. Paid him 300 and h brought us right to our car, so it was very convenient.  For submission of banns you don't even have to go there, you can just leave the banns at COTH and Jonald of OLAN will be the one to pick it up.

^^ I see. Thanks sis! Our wedding is not until Feb 2018 pa naman, hopefully okay na daan by that time. Pero I will take note of what you did din.   After computing, it seems like COTH pala pinakamahal out of Tagaytay churches noh?

Hello Sissies! Our wedding is on January 7 2017. Wala pa din kami officiating priest..we also wanted to get Fr. Milo pero since 5pm din kami he's not available  how was your interview with Fr Arthur sis shopaholic? we want din kasi yung solemn at the same time hindi boring hehe

Sis IVY2018 dto im enjoying preps. Haha frustrated wedding planner kasi ako. Haha dream job ko to and im really a fan of weddings. Hehe anyway, kame rin sis from Manila, actually Cainta. Haha pag lalaanan talaga ng oras ang pagasikaso ng requirements.
