Unpaid Bank Personal Loan with PDC as repayment

Hi, I need some advise from you guys. I have personal loan from citibank. I issued PDC as a form of repayment. I am having difficulty in my finances right now due to some untoward events in our family. Includes unemployment of my father, 2 deaths in a spun of 1 months. Its really overwhelming.

My question is if I fail to fund the check, dedemanda ba ako ng bank? pwede ba akong makulong dahild nag issue ako ng pdc? thanks
