Regarding going veiled or unveiled on your march mga sis, dito sa province, uso yung halfway veiling of the parents. Its very meaningful nga. But me I chose lang to walk already veiled because most of the time laging di comfy ang parents mag-ayos ng veil and may moments of blocking na parang naghahadali na sila coz all attention on them. Haha! But not against it at all especially if properly briefed naman parents and sa church ang ceremony.

^Yes you have to brief your parents about this prior para alam nila gagawin.  :)

Hm I have never heard of putting on the veil halfway.

When do you unveil ba? I read kasi some are unveiled by their Dad when they reach the altar before they are given to the groom. Or pede din by the groom when they kiss at the end.

Parang I like the first option kasi parang  nakakainis to have the veil throughout the ceremony.

I'm a christian, sa amin no issue if you will be wearing your veil or not coz ang important is yung veil sa ceremony proper. Si Nikki Gil unveiled sya all throughout (if I remembered it right). But to feel like every inch of a bride nag veil na lang ako. Iba daw kasi feeling pag naka veil. Haha! My husband unveiled me sa kiss part lang.

Just a concern, if parents will put on the veil, hindi ba sila mahihirapan?

Tips based from my experience:

- Ilagay ang flower sa flower ;)
- Walk slowly!
- Prior to your entrance, sense mo or ensure walang tao sa likod para sa perfect shot!
- Try to look straight kay H2B or you may stop look and smile at your guests, wag sa baba (may photos akong nakatingin sa baba)
- If naka-veil -- you may use your flower pala to ensure hindi dikit na dikit sa mukha ang veil
Additional tip na din during your march upon reaching the altar:
- If naka-veil -- beso lang ang kiss sa parents para di dumikit ang lipstick sa veil :)

LASTLY, enjoy your bridal march and take a good view - savor the moment. Let go din, kung naiiyak ka go lang sabi nila mas pangit daw sa photos yung pinipigil ang iyak. hehe :)

^Thanks for the tips! I hope I can remember all these while getting swayed by the overwhelming emotions.
Last Saturday when I visited the church where we will get married, parang kakaiba na yung nararamdaman ko. Nagmomoist na yung mata ko. What more sa araw na mismo ng kasal.

^^ I agree with letting go, wag lang siguro ako hahagulgol, parang di na kasi ata authentic kung di ka man lang maluha haha tears of joy naman.  :D I'm sure, super nakaka nervous maglakad, pero ideal nga bagalan to avoid din tripping, and makapag project better.  :D

Ako naman, I tried playing my bridal march song when I woke up yesterday, and voila luhang tagumpay agad wala pang 15 seconds ako nagpractice mag-walk pagkagising (yes nagpractice magwalk krung krung lang). Pano pa sa kasallllll?! Lalo na when I see everyone crying, especially my dad, brother and h2b.???  :o :o :o

We're less than 2 months away from our big day! I'm so excited and nervous as well. Maikli lang yung aisle namin since it's a chapel pero I want to savor the moment. Kailangan super bagal pero di halatang sobrang bagal. Natural pa rin dapat. Haha!

My tip would be to practice the "flower over flower" stance, and practice it with something heavy (I practiced lang kasi with my phone).
My bridal bouquet was not especially huge pero my instinct pa din was to raise my arms kasi mabigat, and pag nandun na kasi sa moment mahirap na i-correct yung arm positioning kasi there are so many things happening at once (my groom started ugly crying pag-open ng church doors so nawala talaga ako sa focus! hahaha).

Added tips lang mga sisses. During door opening, if meron. Bilin nyo po sa assigned personnel na buksan ang door at least sa 2nd stanza of your bridal march song. Aside from the added excitement of guests anticipating your entrance, it would also give enough time for the photographer and videographer to prepare for your entrance, mas maayos ang magiging kuha nila at di nagmamadali. Just my two cents!
