Bridal March Tips

^Sis required naman kay Mel during first fitting na dala mo na yung shoes mo para maadjust nila yung length ng gown. Gusto ko din yung tamang length, yung hindi bitin pero hindi din sumasayad yun gown sa floor para comfortable yung lakad. May mga nakikita kasi akong brides na parang hirap na hirap maglakad sa gown kasi ang haba ng gown. Meron naman yung nakalutang yung gown a few inches from the floor which I also don't like.

Siguro one of the best advice is, you have to make sure your gown is just the perfect length. hehe

^agreed. Naku bibili na ko ng shoes by December para ma-break in ko na. And at the same time para madala ko na sa gown fitting hehe
And contact lense pa pala. 50-75 yung vision ko pero di ako nagsasalamin. hehe Sanayin ko na sarili ko na magcontact lense. thanks mga sis for your inputs.

as for the tips:
- practice, practice, practice! i had a big frou frou gown. needless to say, it was difficult to walk. sa shop ni mel orlina pa lang tinuruan na nila ko maglakad. sa hotel nagppractice na rin ako while wearing my gown. then finally on the aisle, i was still tripping a little bit. lol pero when this happens, i just stop for a second and compose myself. i take in the music and look at the people around me all smiling, then go ulit.
- NO UGLY CRYING. i know some brides that did this and sobrang nagsisisi sila after kasi hindi talaga maganda sa pictures! just keep thinking of happy thoughts.
- just look down before the church door opens. once its fully opened, wait mga 5 seconds then look straight ahead at the p/v team. wait a while ulit before you start walking. if you have a good OTD coordinator, they will give you instructions. pero if not, follow this na lang. sobrang liit na bagay pero ang laki ng effect.
- flower on flower. always keep your bouquet below your torso and make sure its faced forward.  observe other brides' wedding photos kung pano nila hawakan ang bouquet nila. yes mabigat, pero tiis ganda lang. hindi maganda tingnan and sa pictures if you're covering your gown or yung handle lang ng bouquet ang nakikita.

^ yes, forward dapat depends din on the design of your bouquet siguro. mine kasi was the typical round hand-type.

thanks sa mga tips sis. meron ba kayong tip how to avoid crying much while walking sa isle. ang babaw kasi ng luha ko, minsan kahit nag iimagine pa lang ako, naiiyak na ako.

^Ako rin mababaw luha ko pero ayoko naman uminom ng pampakalma kasi ayoko din naman na maging stiff. Sana macontrol ko yung iyak ko. NO UGLY CRYING! hehe

^Me too, I dont want din sana na super emotional sa bridal march. What I did, meron kasi ako 2 songs na pinagpipilian. Yung isa kasi dun pinapakinggan ko palang e naluluha na ko. The other one naman more on excitement and happy vibes and napi-feel ko. So I think I would go with the latter.

Any bridal march tips for Caleruega brides?
Maikli ang aisle at paano maging maganda yung pictures upon opening of the doors + smoke effect + chin up. How to walk?

Haha, nakita ko kasi sa ibang video, hindi maganda yung step, stop, step.

Advice din yun sakin nung nagpagawa ako ng gown.
Yung bouquet dapat flower over flower.

^hi sis, pangit nga tingnan yung step by step. Siguro walk slowly like you're floating. I love the video of Kate Middleton walking down the aisle during her wedding - very regal. Let's practice walking like that ☺️

Question, Hindi ba if flower over flower your arms will be hyperextended? Or do I just have short arms? hehe.

Coz when I tried it in front of a mirror, it seemed like my arms were straight Already if my hands were that low. Diamond shape if it's more like flower over puson 😜
