Macgyver Remake

Who here still remember Macgyver? I just saw the trailer of CBS remake and I have doubts kung papatok. Personally I still love the original. Very few remakes kasi nagcliclick so I have doubt on this one.

it was our favorite kasi Friday and Saturday night lang kasi kami pwede manood nang tv after news.

there are many popular movie/tv shows na binabalik ngayon. First was Rush Hour which hindi nila ni-renew for season 2. Unfair coz we like it. Second, Lethal Weapon. Not a fan before but marami siya naging sequel I think. Then this McGyver. I'd like to try it on sa Sept 29 in AXN but nothing beats Richard Dean Anderson 

ps: they should renew na lang sana Grimm and Beauty and the Beast.

hindi ko gusto yung remake.  kung dati si rda and si peter, now mga 4 to 5 ata yung supports nya.

So, hindi ganun ka-patok ang remake? With the advance technology that we have now, mukang mahihirapan din talaga kung pano nila itatapat yun ngayon vs sa old version ng MacGyver.

Staple tv show of my childhood. Made me fall in love with the swiss army knife.

Sana maganda ang bagong series. Bihira nga ang remakes na pumapatok. Hawaii Five-O lang ang recent remake na nagkaroon ng multiple seasons afaik.

napanuod ko yung pilot episode nila...hmmm.. for me parang pwede na. sa dami kasi ng series na halos halos pare pareho ang tema, mga group or gov't organization na lumalaban sa mga masasamang tao kaya parang nag expect ako ng much more. halos same kasi like, Scorpion, Nikita, Arrow pare pareho may mga computer wizards silang kasama tapos may magaling na kakampi.... aabangan ko pa din yung mga susunod na episodes baka sakaling may mas exciting na ganap.

^ oo nga sis, nakita ko na naman yung classic swiss army knife na gamit ni mac plus yung paper clip. hehe

Fan din ako nito when i was in high school. Yap sa RPN 9 palabas every Saturday, ang channel na may orasan hehe. asan na kaya si Richard Dean Anderson. And si Pete na matabang kalbo hehe. Parang halos magkaka bracket tayo ng age mga sisses😜😜😜. Ang dami na niyang kasama parang group na pala ngayon ang tema.

^matagal ng patay si Peter Thornton or Dana Elcar in real life.  Si RDA naman, paminsan-minsan na lang lumalabas.

Murdoc is Michael Des Barres, a rock singer who plays a recurring role in MacGyver.  He replaced Robert Palmer in the band Power Station.  Up to 2015 he still performed with various bands.

Napanood namin ni hubby yung pilot episode nung weekend... hindi namin gaano type, hindi na nga namin natapos eh. nakukulangan kami sa acting

I love the original MacGyver series!  Hindi ako mahilig sa mga re-makes, reboots, or kung ano pang tawag nila diyan kasi they are not even at par with the original.

so far walang positive feedback  so malamang wala ng second season ito?!?

Why do they have to make a remake kasi bakit hindi na lang new show inspired by Mac at least dun hindi sila maicocompare to the original.
