Nagplay ako ng music kagabi and for the first time pagkagising ko (naalimpungatan lang) nakapa ko yun head nya na bumaba sa gilid which is not typical. So deep inside, natuwa ako. Nun nagising ako, naramdaman ko yun likot nya at pagkapa ko nga - boom! balik yun ulo nya sa taas. 

Btw, how would you know if meron ng contractions? Para bang naninigas yun certain part ng tiyan tapos masakit ng slight? Confused ako kung si baby lang ba yun na sumisipa/gumagalaw or contractions nya. Nawawala naman yun discomfort pag nag-iiba ako ng pwesto.

Pag contractions matigas and puson mo and masakit ang balakang mo. Your OB should always be a [textspeak!] away. Pag sipa naman usually you know. Also last trimester dapat watch ang pag poop mo. Dapat hindi ka hirap din. Good luck everyone. Aside from first trimester the last trimester ang stressful and dangerous.

39weeks na din ako today at sobrang inip na.
Nung 35-36weeks ako nag threatened preterm labor ako so I was in bed rest and duvadilan for 2weeks plus dexamet kasi soft na ang cervix ko pero close pa. Then check up ko nung 37-38weeks 1cm na na ko akala ko magkakaroon ng progress pero last check up ko 1cm pa din ako at mataas pa din si baby. Will take Eveprim na din starting tomorrow. Sana effective. Was advised din na magpa ultrasound to check kung cord coil baka kaya hindi makababa si baby

33 weeks na kami and ramdam na ramdam ko na ang feeling ng sobrang pagod. kaya favorite ko yun paguwi from office sa hapon, higa sa beanie bag, patong paa sa upuan. 😂

Hi girls! 33 weeks na din ako. Parang konting lakad lang napapagod na rin ako. I've also been feeling some pressure sa pelvis kaya feeling ko tuloy kakaihi ko lang, naiihi na naman ako. Huhu. Hirap ako lagi makatulog, 3am ako nakakatulog everyday.😔 Tiis tiis lang for baby talaga!

Meron din akong discharge na marami kahapon pagligo ko. Pero sabi ng ob ko as long as hindi sya pinkish or may blood walang problem. Buti na lang hehe.

just want to share my anxiety.
This is my 2nd baby and will be our last. Yesterday nagpa check up ako and found out that my baby is in normal range weight pero high level. Sabi kasi in 33 weeks, dapat daw 2,500gms lang ang baby, mine is 2,483 gms na. Also, breech position sya and should consider nuchal cord.  Hindi ko naman pinuproblema kasi CS ako. Pero they found out that I have Placenta Increta, meaning if they take out the placenta, they also need to take out the uterus. Tatanggalan na ko ng matres. I really don't mind about myself. worried lang ako sa baby ko kasi breech position sya, high normal range tapos nuchal cord pa. Iniisip ko baka pag umikot sya masakal sya.

Gaano po ba kadelikado ang nuchal cord? Nabasa ko naman, madulas daw sya kaya hindi basta basta nakakasakal. Encourage me naman, mga mommies. Gusto ko tuloy ipa ultrasound everyday! worried talaga ako.

I can't really say Kung ano yan sis. My baby is breech pa din at my 37th week.

I've just had my checkup and I'm already scheduled for CS this Monday. Gusto ko pa sana palakihin pa si baby but nakita sa Ultrasound naiipit na tyan and pwet nya, if patagalin ko pa daw baka mastress na si baby at magpoop which is mas delikado pa.

Having an ultrasound na offered as a free service ng OB is really helpful. Unlike sa iba na hiwalay pa.

If kaya have an ultrasound everyweek sa last trimester. Remember to always trust your instinct. Its only money lang naman na you can always earn. And make sure everyday ramdam nyo gumagalaw si baby. Wag din masyado stress. If at 33 weeks medjo alanganin, your OB should have preparations na to protect the baby. In our case ganun nangyari. My wife was given injections to ensure malakas lungs ni baby in case premature. Kaya when she came out at 35 weeks no need for incubator and sabay lumabas with us from hospital. Good luck

sis sunnysan, I had the same experience with discharge yesterday nung tumayo ako pagkagising para samahan si eldest. Parang may biglaang discharge pero watery na clear lang siya pero medyo madami kasi. Did your ob mentioned about amniotic fluid leak? Yan lang nasearch ko kahapon kasi napraning ako akala ko water bag ko na un e nasa 34 weeks palang ako..Kaso dapat ata dun continuous leak and madami?

@sixteen call your OB agad. If nag leak ang amniotic fluid nyo pwede mamatay ang baby in a few hrs lang. OB nyo should be accessible anytime sa last trimester nyo.

^ yes I already called her yesterday..Pag may kasunod or continuous lang na discharge ako pumunta ng delivery room na..In my case naman once lang nangyari pagbangon ko pagkagising kasi.

Baka kaya pa complete bed rest and dapat IE ka. In case of my wife napigilan ng OB namin from 33 to 35 weeks. Complete bed rest and walang tayo talaga. Also your OB should inject na for protection ng lungs of your baby just in case premature sya. Thats what our OB did nung nag bedrest si wife. Our baby had no need for incubator when she came out at 35 weeks and room in agad with us pati labas ng hospital sabay sya.

^ if ever naman need kong magbedrest sasabihan naman nila ako incase nasa DR or ER ako nun e..  just wanted to ask pala kasi I read your previous posts na 35 weeks nadeliver 2nd baby niyo pero due is on june 17 pa talaga..Nalito tuloy ako sa app ko kasi this week palang ako magiging 35 weeks pero june 14 due date ko..

There are 3 ways to find out how old na baby mo and when ka due. 1st is LMP which is last mentrual cycle. 2nd is thru ultrasound. And the last is pag nakita na actual baby mo. Sa case namin if based on lmp 33 weeks and 6 days sya. If based on ultrasound is 34 weeks and 4 days. When wife gave birth the final is 35 weeks. The last one is the most accurate and yan ang naka lagay sa hospital records. I asked the pedia about it and he told me they have a set of standards they go thru to decide the official age of your baby. Remember lang pag last trimester get a weekly checkup and IE from your OB. Will have my weekly checkup and IE kasi sa tueday pa..LMP ko is Sep 8 2016 tama naman din compute ko na june 14 ang 40th week ko kasi 35 weeks ako today.  Still have to check din once I have my ultrasound again. Thanks!

I just gave birth to a healthy baby boy last May 8 Still recovering from the CS pain though. Maraming salamat sa thread na to for all the advices etc. Goodluck mga mommies!

Sis sixteen, sorry late reply. Nadiscuss ng ob ko if amniotic fluid leak, need to go to the hospital asap. Malalaman mo daw kasi involuntary yun paglabas ng liquid unlike urine na ikaw may control. Plus it smells like bleach daw. Yun akin naman parang mucousy yun texture hehe. Sorry TMI.😄

i had a weird experience this morning. di ko malaman kung panaginip ba yun or totoo. di ako masyado makahinga dahil talagang nagppress na si baby sa lower abdomen ko. pero nawala din naman yata when i got up to prepare and dress up for work this morning.

35 weeks na ako sa wednesday and i have this feeling na di ko na kaya abutin yun goal ko na CS sa june 7. feeling ko ang bigat na sobra ng tyan ko mga sis. 😂
