If you have a regular sleeping pattern, I can say that this is an effective tool in determining our ovulation day FOR FREE and understanding our monthly cycle. I use Fertility Friend app for this

Kakarating Lang nung basal therm ko. First time to use it tomorrow. Btw pano kayo nagtetake ng temp, orally? Nabasa ko kasi pinaka accurate pag vaginally esp kung may tendency bumuka bibig mo during sleep. 😅

Mouth breather nga rin ako (read: nganga!) and tingin ko I'll have a go with v temping. I'm reading about it at mas accurate nga raw sya, so sige fine gow. Nasasanayan naman daw pero sa umpisa medyo iffy talaga lalo na that early in the morning. 🙈

San niyo nabili yung thermometer? may special thermometer for that?

I did this a few years ago and that time hirap na hirap ako maghanap ng basal thermometer.  I bought mine sa medical supplies store sa Pioneer Mandaluyong.  I forgot the name of the store Medica ata, not sure. Basta malapit na sya sa corner ng Pioneer at Shaw Blvd malapit sa Tropical Hut.
