^^ kelan naging  sarcasm ang sexual harrassment? how come kapag si digong his supporters let it slide na lang palagi? e kung si aquino gumawa niyan ewan ko lang magiging reaction nila LOL. Ang lagi ko lang sinasabi is ok we get it may mga nagagawa siyang mabuti pero doesn't mean magbubulag-bulagan na lang tayo sa mga mali niyang ginagawa? baliin na lang natin yung moral views natin para sa kanya? Problem is most of supporters are fanatics. By not agreeing to the president naging pet na siya ng LP? So for people to trust her dapat kiss-ass din siya kay digong?

The problem with paid trolls are the misinformation that they're doing and if pduts is that good in his job(like what his supporters are saying) bakit kailangan niya pang gumamit ng ganon? Look at fb and youtube kung ano anong basura pinpost nila tapos sila sila rin nagcocomment sa isat isa using fake accounts..

how can't pduts supporters trust leni samantalang yung tatay nila na pinakamagaling magsinungaling at magflip-flop sa lahat ng politicians ngayon din-diyos nila?

Na sexual harass si Leni? Di na ba sya makatulog for that? Kawawa naman yung mga taong naapektuhan ng mga kalokohan ng past admins na kapartido nya kasi the way you are talking, mukhang mas preasing issue yung pag pansin ng tuhod nya?

Hindi ko sinasabi na I justify the catcalling and rough behavior. But come to think of it, na dahil din dito, you seem to overlook yung mga pagkakamali at kakulangan ng Party nya? Ano tawag dun? Is it just the same sa mga accuse nyo sa defenders ni PDuts? Nasaan na rin ang pinaglalaban nating morals kung ganun? So ok lang ang past transgressions ng party nya dahil may mas pressing issues which is yung ugali ni PDuts? I'm not saying na pet sya ng party nya dahil oppose sya kay Duterte, I'm saying she is a pet dahil di sya mag criticize sa mali ng party nya.

How sure are you na ang mga trolls ni Duterte ay sa kanya galing? Speculations? Di ba pwedeng baka may galit lang sa kalaban ni duterte or their agenda is inline with Duterte kaya ginagawa yun? Speculations. Maling mali din. Teka, diba last admin puro paninira naman kay binay ang meron na trolls? Is it also good to speculate na LP naman ang may pakana nun?

They don't trust leni kasi hindi nga maipakita yung totoong concern sa country over her party. Try to understand that. Malamang ito ang nasa isip ng supporters ni Duterte. parang tatay, na alam mong mahal ka at di ka pababayaan, minsan questionable mga ginagawa pero dahil alam mo ang motive, you just trust him.

Btw, if you keep telling na dinidiyos si Duterte, you are just spreading hatred din at lalong di rin nakakatulong. How would you feel if they tell you na dinidyosa nyo din si Leni? Mali di ba? Im sure we are better than that.

Statement of Vice President Leni Robredo
4 December 2016
We had hoped this day would not come.
I had been warned of a plot to steal the Vice Presidency. I have chosen to ignore this and focus on the job at hand. But the events of recent days indicate that this plot is now being set into motion.
From the very beginning, the President and I had major differences in principles and values. Since I assumed office, I have been consistent in my opposition to issues such as the burial of former President Ferdinand Marcos in the Libingan ng mga Bayani, extra-judicial killings, reinstating death penalty, lowering the age of criminal liability, and sexual attacks against women.
But we both had a mandate to serve the people. I had hoped that this shared commitment to the poor and marginalized would transcend the differences between us. So, I took the job of Housing Secretary when it was offered to me.
In barely five months, we have solid accomplishments in HUDCC. This, despite the obstacles thrown our way, which are:
One, the budget for all key shelter agencies in 2017 has been slashed by more than P19 billion. Two, all our key shelter agency appointment recommendations have not been acted on. Three, the Executive Order designed to make HUDCC effective was not signed.
Then, we received a text message last Saturday from Cabinet Secretary Jun Evasco, Jr., relaying the President?s instruction through Bong Go for me ?to desist from attending all Cabinet meetings starting this Monday, December 5.?
This is the last straw, because it makes it impossible for me to perform my duties. Hence, I am tendering my resignation from the Cabinet on Monday, December 5, 2016. With this resignation, you can expect that I will continue to support the positive initiatives of this administration and oppose those that are inimical to the people?s interest.
However, as your duly elected Vice President, I will not allow the Vice Presidency to be stolen. I will not allow the will of the people to be thwarted. I will continue to serve the Filipino family and fulfill their dream for a better life.

1. She is finding new partners from the Private Sector in Providing New Classrooms for poor students in far flung areas
RESULT: The Aklat, Gabay at Aruga Tungo sa Pag-angat at Pag-asa (AGAPP) foundation, whose members included graduates from the Ateneo de Manila High School expressed interest in building the proposed 2 storey school building in Punta Tarawal, Calabanga (the smallest, farthest and poorest barangay in CamSur). Also, DILG has allocated 9 M for water facilities for 4 villages, including Calabanga for the intention of providing potable water to the residents. [1]
2. She was cited by Thailand Government as 'Honorary Outstanding Woman in 2016' for her dedication to women in her country, to improve wome's rights and gender equality, including overcoming barriers to be a successful ASEAN woman leader last August 1.[1]
She was also named as the Most Influential Filipina of the World by a non government organization Filipina Women?s Network (FWN) received during the 13th Filipina Leadership Global Summit in Cebu honoring Filipino women whose words, actions and activism inspire others to act and revolutionize society?s way of understanding traditional beliefs and customs, thus leaving behind a Filipino global imprint. [20]
3. She targets to hasten the processing of socialized housing documents from 2 years to just 15 to 30 days. Leni has witnessed a Memorandum of Agreement being signed by SHFC (Social Housing Finance Corporation) and HLURB (Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board) to facilitate government to government transactions to make housing application process faster and more efficient. She also conducted a dialogue with beneficiaries of the Community Mortgage Program (CMP) of the SHCP, a program that is in its 28th year now. Also, she distributed 12 land titles to beneficiaries by visiting Sitio Kalinao, Barangay Luz in Cebu City [2]
4. She pushes for the creation of a Housing Department through an Executive Order by the President.
The Housing Department will aim to address the institutional dilemma of HUDCC since it is just a coordinating council, not a department. In fact, The HUDCC facilitates policies, plans and programs for the housing sectors. It sets the strategies but implementation is in the hands of key shelter agencies under it such as the National Housing Authority (NHA), National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC), Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC), Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) and Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB). [3]
5. She visited Cagayan, especially the hardest hit, Penablanca Town, and met with LGU leaders to inquire about the damage of Typhoon Lawin. [4]
She also visited Batanes hit by Typhoon Ferdie and offered housing aid [13] and sought emergency meeting with key shelter agencies to discuss how to help rebuild [14].
Visited in Eastern Samar and Leyte [18]
Visited housing sites in Quezon City and San Juan City which were considered as best practices that can be a model to be replicated at a national level. [19]
6. Guest Speaker at the signing of memorandum of agreement for the ?Moving Urban Poor Communities Towards Resilience? Project, a partnership between a consortium of international organizations. She urged local government units to include disaster preparedness and efforts for resilience in crafting their development plans. [5]
7. Visited Agutaya, Palawan, one of the LGUs who took part in #AngatBuhay: Partnership Against Poverty Summit. Due to distance, transportation difficulties, weather conditions and a high poverty incidence, the community is considered as a geographically isolated and disadvantaged area (GIDA). Through #AngatBuhay, they received several pledges from generous organizations to collaborate in addressing education, health & nutrition, and rural development & livelihood. [6]
8. She committed 24 M for Kidapawan City?s indigent housing project. It will assist to support the city government?s initiated housing projects. The initial groundwork is underway for the establishment of LGU Pabahay Program 4 and now ongoing. [7]
9. She called for the suspension of City Resettlement Programs
According to her Leni Robredo, the number of informal settler families climbed to 2.2 million in 2015 from 1.5 million in 2011. From 2011 to 2015, housing backlog reached 5.7 million that poses a challenge to the new administration to build 2,602 homes a day for the next six years.
Most of the national government?s efforts up to this point have focused on off-city housing that has been found out to be ineffective or less than successful. The Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC)?s 2015 accomplishment report indicated 85.54 percent (73,723 housing units) were constructed ?off-site,? while only 14.46 percent (12,464 units) were built in-city or near-city. Because the off-site houses were too far from current places of work or from any employment or livelihood opportunities, many informal settler families refused to occupy them, while others returned to Metro Manila to even less substantial housing opportunities.
The off-city resettlement projects done by NHA mostly are finished dwellings with no access to basic needs like electricity, potable water, schools, and health facilities. As those resettled do not vote in the resettlement sites, the LGUs sometimes are unwilling to provide them with these services as no additional funding are given the host LGUs. Many of these resettlement sites are far from the ISFs source of livelihood and employment opportunities thus many of them re-enter the cities again as ISFs. [8]
10. Transferring office just to save at least 200,000 per month; holding a lot of advocacy meetings [9] opening the office for consultations.
11. Identifying the need to expedite housing projects for victims of Yolanda, calling for an audit and coordinating with the President to set a meeting with concerned agencies.
FACT: 205,00 houses are targeted to be built, 25,000 houses were completed but only 2,500 were occupied. Robredo also recommended several names for the appointment of heads of some key shelter agencies. [10]
As of Sept. 30, the agency said 29,661 houses were finished, 20,287 were partially completed and only 4,278 have been occupied. Sen. Loren Legarda said the government had not released P20.7 billion allocated for housing assistance as of June this year by the Aquino Administration. [11]
12. With more than 1.5 million informal settler families (ISFs) and 108,000 families in Yolanda-stricken areas still in need of socialized housing, Vice President and Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council Chairperson signs a tripartite deal with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and the National Housing Authority (NHA) aimed to fast track the processes in building more permanent houses for the survivors Thursday morning.
The signed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)?s objectives are to prioritize and expedite the processing and issuance of the Certificate of Tax Exemption for transfers of raw land to NHA intended for socialized housing projects.
Under the Agreement, the BIR commits to eliminate unnecessary documentary requirements needed for it to issue a Certificate of Tax Exemption. [12]
13. Developing a housing program for Indigenous Peoples in the North during her visit in the Mountain Province including budgeting. The visit was her way to gauge the people?s pulse on prevailing issues and her advocacies such as the war against poverty and housing shortage [15]
14. She visited housing for military in Bulacan where she identified that 80% of 4000 units are unoccupied. She conducted consultation with the families and found out that lack of available jobs and poor utilities are main causes why many are not occupying the settlement. [16]
15. Leading and convening thousand of delegates attended by local government officials and civil society representatives; business leaders and urban poor leaders including a Sumilao farmer; and representatives from local foundations and international aid agencies. The summit meeting was billed as Angat Buhay: Partnerships Against Poverty Summit 2016. The goal is to establish an effective and collaborative framework and network aimed at poverty alleviation. [17]
Anti Poverty Framework (5 Areas)
1. Public Health
2. Hunger and Food Security
3. Education
4. Rural Development
5. Women Empowerment
The Office of the Vice President has identified specific communities and their specific needs with proposed projects. Here are exmaples:

She should have made this an issue na NOOOO I WILL STAY HERE! There is no reason for me to get fired because in the span of Xmos i was able to do this and this and this!
