Ok si Leni. It's just that, violent ang panahon ngayon. Hindi ko pa nakikita sa kanya na pwede syang iharap sa front-line against traditional politicians, kingpins at mga corrupt officials. Mas ok sa kanya ang magkaroon ng public service behind the scene. Ito naman ang expected kasi sa kanya. Si Pres ang mahigpit na tatay na ipagtatanggol at itataguyod ang pamilya at si Leni naman ang nanay na magbibigay kalinga sa pamilya.

Pati sa GMA at ABSCBN lesser news sa kanya. last time ko ata napansin siya sa FB yung nagpunta siya sa labas at yung nagbakasyon siya sa Cebu. kaya po nagtatanong, bakit naman sarcastic agad ang sagot na do the search, sorry ha..Baka po mas may nakakaalam diyan kung ano na nagawa niya. hindi po plataporma o advocacy.o copy pasted na sagot...NAGAWA po.

Sino na ba ang dapat mamahala sa Yolanda projects? Dahil ba nawawala yung funds kaya di makagalaw kahit Duterte admin na?

If I'm not mistaken HLURB handles private ownership. She heads HUDCC. Here's an excerpt on the HLURB-HUDCC relationship:

"In its website, HUDCC is the government agency under the Office of the President created by Executive Order No. 90 (s. 1986).
It serves as "the oversight, the over-all coordinator, initiator and facilitator of all government policies, plans and programs for the housing sector, sets the overall direction and targets for the sector, and determines strategies, formulates appropriate policies, monitors, and evaluates the programs, projects and performance of the implementing shelter agencies."
The council sets the strategies but implementation is in the hands of key shelter agencies under it such as the National Housing Authority (NHA), National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC), Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC), Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) and Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB).
There have been attempts at converting HUDCC into a department but bills proposing it have not been passed into law.

^Ayoko din ng joke sa kanya regardless kung "Patama" or Calling out for action man yun. Kahihiyan nga .. pero above all, mahiya naman din sana ang mga politician na hindi nag dedeliver ng results.  Mas nakakahiya yun.
