mommies/soon to be moms, what do you take for nausea? Plasil doesnt seem to work for me. i feel soooo nauseaous all day, i can't function well. help!
uy sis! congrats sa inyo for baby no. 2!as for nausea: when i was preggy, i was nauseos then from 11th to 19th week. tsk. i took salt. haha. or anything salty. tsaka wag magpagutom. kahit di super busog, basta may laman ang tiyan.
30 weeks and baby keeps on hiccuping. dumadalas na, nakakabother habang nagwowork. huhu
Hi sis misbelled! Ganyan din ako nung 1st trimester ko. At 7 weeks, I was diagnosed with a cervical gap (incompetent cervix) and super worried din ako kasi after a month pa ang check-up. Kasi natatakot din ako magbleed or magspot, kaya todo bantay ako everytime magweewee. From what I read from our other sisses here, talagang ganun daw ang appointment sked, once a month lang unless meron ka nang pre-existing condition na dapat imonitor? Sa sobrang worry ko nga nun, nagPT ako ulit twice while waiting for my next OB appointment at 11weeks. Pero hindi din kasi nakakatulong mapraning, though hindi maiiwasan lalo first time mom. Kung ano daw kasi nafifeel ng mommy, nafifeel din ni baby. It's good na wala ka masyadong nafifeel na symptoms. I suggest relax ka lang sis and take the meds prescribed to you religiously. Rest when you can, and don?t overwork yourself. Unless there?s heavy bleeding, persistent headache, abdominal cramps/pains or you feel anything na kakaiba, then the baby?s okay. Call your OB agad pag nakaexperience ka nung mga yun, kahit super light spotting lang. Relax and enjoy the holidays! Happy New Year mga GT mommies!
