I had a problem sa satellite renewal ng DFA sa office namin and hindi kami natuloy ma-process ng son ko although nabutasan na yung passport ko.  Question is, has anyone tried booking thru an agency para mas mapabilis yung renewal?  Wala kasi akong makita na open slots sa website and we really need to have new passports na since butas na yung akin.  Any recos ng agency?  Thanks in advance.

For someone asking about Postal Id if it's still being accepted, mine was not and I applied December 2017. Good thing I have my SSS ID, kahit maiden name ko pa sya, I just have new PSA docs provided. 5 years lang ang validity nung akin, that's better with the problem ngayon na di makapagbook man lang ng appointment online.

Bakit hindi natuloy? if may kulang sa requirements your schedule is valid for 1 month. You can come back anytime within that month.

applied for passport last Friday sa DFA NCR East (megamall 7F)
mabilis naman yung process, 12pm ako pumunta, around 3:30pm tapos na 

medyo mabagal lang sa biometrics & photo kasi maraming nag papa-retake, yung iba 3x pa para daw mas maganda sila kasi 10 years nilang gagamitin un.

Hello Sissies. I have question, mag eexpire na kase passport ko next year March. Kailan ako pwede magrenew. 6 months before ba or sa March na mismo? Thanks

^6 mos before March 2019 or 7 mos para may allowance alam mo naman sa atin, normal na ang may delay.

Just wanted to make sure mga sis, 1 year ba ang validity ng PSA birth cert? Just got my baby?s birth cert last October 2017. Pwedeng ito na ang ipresent namin? No need to get 2018 issued birth cert?

^Within the calendar year lang ang validity. Need mo uli kumuha ng bago for 2018.

^ako yung pinasa ko is NSO pa, matagal ko na kinuha un. more than 1 year na nga un sa akin e.

di ba walang expiration yun sis kasi permanent docs yan? hmmmm.. yung akin kasi tinanggap naman, matagal ko na birth cert un. as in more than a year ko na kinuha. kakaapply ko lang ng passport last friday.

^did they ask to see the receipt of your birth certificate? i remember nung nag-apply ako for postal id tiningnan nila. grabe.

i'm waiting for my umid to be delivered. next month na appointment ko sa dfa alabang.
