Hi mga sis, I personally saw Duterte on his speech here in Singapore. I was 5 seats away from the stage where he was talking. I want to give an insight about him. Atleast a bit of reality I can contribute. I voted for him, rooted for him. Im working as an ordinary OFW, no politicians in our family, no relatives working in the government, resident of Capiz.
So to start of, he was on time. Dedicated about 1.5 hours of speech regarding war on drugs, narco politics, witty jokes and a lot of cursing. I thought publicity stunt to gain more attention, yung pag mumura at pagiging bastos nya, but it looks like he is really like that. He gives NO bullsh*t, on anything. I must say he is genuine and real, too real that sometimes its inappropriate. He entertains very well, he took care of us, giving us enough food and drink through out the day of waiting for him. May pag ka manyak, yan yung impression ko, my friends went near the stage to take a picture and shoke hands, I did not. He talks very sincere, malalaman mong hindi sya overwhelmed with the presidency, he wants to do his job and finish it. Very humble, he likes simple gift like perfume na galing sa mga ofw, tshirt, simple things natuwa sya na may nag bigay. I like him more when he talked rather than Yasay and Cayetano, both gave a short talk to acknowledge us, pero parang nangangampanya na for the next election. Very cringing ang dating.
