Hi sisses, need your inputs here on the procedure of Phil Embassy. Baka kasi bawat country, iba ang processing ng Philippine Embassy sa documents.

I have friends in Malaysia who went to Phil. Embassy to have their documents consularized. Those docs are merely application forms, and they need to consularize those forms as proof that it is signed in a Phil. territory. But the Philippine embassy refused and advised them that docs should passed through Foreign Affairs of Malaysia before the Phil. Embassy could authenticate. Is this a normal practice?
