From Sand and Ash by Amy Harmon- :) :) :) :) :) +

Any book that she has written is exceptional. My personal bias aside since she's my favorite author, she's a genius in terms of storytelling. Any setting she has for her characters, she can easily captivate readers' interest aa this book is a historical romance book set in a time of war and yet did not bore me with facts or events.

^almost all books of Amy Harmon made an impact, as in after ilang days pa ako bago maka-recover. Naparesearch pa ako about WW2, and Jews because of the book. The book piqued my curiosity of the events in history. And na-hook din ako sa forbidden romance between the two characters. Ang hirap makapili ng favoritw among her books kasi she's that great. Hehe. :)

this is a pretty heavy book (vs others of AH) but i love it. i love books that touch on/centers around serious issues like this.

^i'd give the same smileys din for Hate Story. There were times na sumisikip dibdib ko while reading some chapters especially how they tried to hide their feelings. :) ang dami ring good reads din sa books ni Nicole Williams.

^Ikr! Super cute ng love story nila. From the start palang I know na matatapos ko sya in 1 day. And gosh, the Liebling endearment? Swoon galore sis!  ;D Unfortunately, this is the only Nicole Williams book na nabasa ko this year. The rest nasa Want To Read parin. Now that I'm done with The Goal, will try to read Crash. :)
