Hello! I'm planning to DIY my invites. Doing the design/layout pa lang.

I'm wondering where to buy those papers na textured/elegant. I've looked at National and wala akong makita na gusto ko.

Hi girls.. anyone got Printcafe for their invitations? i've recently scheduled a meeting kasi with them, all went well naman pero the girl from the branch said 50% down is required then another 50% upon approval of proofing. PERO... the girl i'm talking to online wants full payment agad. as in may "Hope we can settle the payment today" sya on her text. I'm not sure if that's something they usually do...? I don't understand the urgency kasi para hingin agad yung full payment, ni wala pa ngang draft or anything eh, full payment agad..

Baka she means lang payment for the deposit. baka di naman full amount.

^ Sis LilaFowler i actually clarified and she really meant full payment. kasi daw she gave 1k discount so para daw makuha ko discount eh i have to pay in full.. ako naman was like... "why?!" (na syempre sa isip ko lang sinabi. hahaha)

Saakin okay lang naman if i need to pay in full if that's the rule talaga due to some justified reason. kaya lang hindi kasi ganito  ang sabi samin sa branch na payment policy. plus, discounted or not kasi, i don't think it's proper that you ask for full payment agad eh wala pa nga silang anything na nadedeliver.

You can check Prestige Paper sis. Located at the back of Fisher Mall. Daming paper in all sorts of texture and colors.

Question, where did you have your invites printed?

^Yanna's Printshop in Recto. We also customized our invites and have them printed there.

sis kdramaholic, would you know if nagbebenta sila dun ng glitzy na envelopes for the invitation? we're looking at getting it somewhere else kasi.

Not sure sis pero parang hindi, wala ako nakita na ganun sa shop nila nun. Though last year pa kasi yun, pwedeng ngayon meron na. Madalas naman sila mag join sa bridal fair pwede mo dun check out.

We got Invitations Design by Kenneth Uy. Booked them at a bridal fair. We had lasercut plus 3 full inserts and sticker seal. Plain envelope lang tapos pina-digital calligraphy namin yung names for 8 pesos per envelope. Akala nung mga nakatanggap, handwritten sya talaga. Hehe.

Very satisfied kami with them. Si Jade yung naghandle ng account namin and very responsive naman sya at patient sa sobrang dami ng changes ko (OC lang). Tapos lahat ng request ko, ginagawa naman nya. Like yung sticker seal namin, square sya. Pero gusto ko ng round for our other printables, so nagdesign sya ng round version. Also, binigay nya ng blank yung cover page namin so nagamit ko sya for signs and misalette. She even gave me the installers for the fonts. So talagang top rating ang mabibigay ko sa kanila.

Hello Ladies,

We got PRINT DIVAS for our wedding invites we booked them on a bridal expo so mejo nakatipid na kami 70.00 pesos per invite yung samin 3 pages, with envelope, monogram sticker, you can choose from their existing design, unlimited revisions. We went to their office sa Pasig last month to proceed with the layout and everything else pero it's done pala through email conversation with their graphic artist. LOL. pero pinapili naman nila kami ng design while we were there. Ngayon kausap ko yung artist na magaassist samin for our invite and so far so good naman ang communication.

Hi dabajuy! May I know how much is your total invite cost from Kenneth Uy? Anong freebies binigay nila sa fair? I actually like their designs and they're one of the few invite suppliers na napagtanungan ko na walang designer fee.

Haha I'm actually thinking of doing the invites myself for more personalization pero dahil hindi naman ako super artsy, I'm thinking if it's more trouble than it's worth? Gusto ko din sana ng unique invite design.

Please let me know your suggestions.
