^Sis, if everything is final, that would be an advantage!

Lessens the chance na mag-cut off ng number of bookings yung supplier and you can send out your invites early.

I got Yanna's Printshop last bridal fair in SMX. Sa kanila yung cheapest na may gold foil. I got free sa envelope and sa first page.

Hi! Anyone who also got Cumbidado as their invitation supplier?
They don't reply na kasi on my fb messages. Last Aug29 I sent them the list of 1st revision. Then nagfollow up ako Sep19 and Sept 22 still no reply.
They're really accomodating, they posted last Sept19 na they just moved to their new shop and will try to reply to all messages pero until now hindi pa rin seen ang follow ups ko.

We are also planning to get the printing services of Yanna's Printshop We saw them at the SMX Bridal Fair! Maganda yung quality at mura lang with foil stamping na. Though, pupuntahan pa lang namin office nila kaya di pa final lahat. Sana lang talaga magustuhan na ni h2b kasi 3 months left na lang before our wedding. Buti na lang most of the invites ipapadala namin thru social media para din maka-save.

hi mga sis. nagbigay ba kayo ng save the date cards niyo aside sa invitations? If yes, kailan kayo nagbigay ng STD cards tapos ilang months yung gap nung invitation?

I only gave STD Cards to principal sponsors. depende kung kelan namin napuntahan mga 6 to 5 mos. before. For those overseas, I sent it electronically nalang.

For the other guests, lahat through FB lang ang STD. I did it just now. 4 mos. before. I also included ilan seats sila para ngayon pa lang may idea na sila. I think it is okay to send STD to your guests para mablock din nila dates nila, like di magouting or whatever.

With our supplier, Ever Engraving, here is the schedule they suggested for our June 2017 wedding. We already booked them early this year.

February-send final invitation details
March-April-processing/email exchange/editing
Mid April-release of invites
End of April-distribution of invites

Thanks Sis rowan, are you going to give out invites to all of your guests? As in kung 200 sila - 200 invitatations?

^i think sis, hindi kailangan ng 200 invitations sa 200 guests.
Meron kasi for example, sa isang family 4 ang iinvite niyo, pwedeng 1 invitation na lang sila.
Kami 150 ang guests namin pero 50 lang ang invites na ibibigay namin.

^Same with Cheroppy, I wont give invites to everyone. Actually may error nga ako dyan eh. The supplier has a minimum order of 100 pcs so I booked 100 pcs at P100each for my 150 pax party. When I checked my guestlist, dapat 60 pcs lang pala. Im thinking tuloy of talking to the supplier to lessen the number of pieces but upgrading our invitation design para masulit yung 10k. I dont want to waste paper rin eh.

Talked to Print & Co. already, we're in the process of negotiation. This is actually one of the things na gusto ko iscrimp as much as possible. I know, halos di naman tinitignan ng guests yung invitations, usually pamaypay lang or pangshade sa sun haha! Pero syempre, it is still imperative, lalo na sa Principal Sponsors. Nasa 4k sila for 60 pcs basic style and paper. Not bad.
