@LilaFowler, Ang ganda, thanks for sharing sis, we spent Php 5,750 for 50 sets with foil stamping.

Wala pa kaing final invitation, nasa mockup palang, pero sinend na namin sa printshop last week yung layout namin, if they could suggest us sa layout wala pang final e kasama na yung design sa price, ayun wala pang reply from them kaya I'm just browsing here.

a_recruitment - sis ganyan din nangyari samen, kulang na kulang sa oras. In the end hindi masyadong napamigay yung mga invites. I'm not pressuring you, gusto ko ikwento sayo yung samen para wag ka na ma stress. I dont know how it goes in your family. Pero ako nung nakuha ko yung soft copy, gumawa na ko ng event sa facebook, upload sa soft copy of the inviation, put all the details, invited all the guest, tapos nilagay ko na pasensya na po kung hindi na namen maiibigay personally yung invitation kasi we have a limited time (since we are overseas). Yung principal sponsor nalang, pina ship ko nalang yung mga invitation nila. And that's it, no one asked for their invitation na. 

Kaya I have around 40 inivitation with me, hindi naipamigay. Sayang. Pero ang mahalaga, hindi ko na masyadong inistress yung sarili ko.

Naging madali pa samen yung Event sa facebook kasi doon na kame nag RSVP, madami na agad nag confirm at reject.

So ang nangyari samen, modern world na talaga, you don't really need to send invites. Lahat ng tao nag co-communicate na thru facebook.

Wala pa kaming supplier. Inabutan na ako ng pagka busy sa work so di ko pa nafinalize yung layout and di pa ako nakapag ask around for prices.

San ka nagpaprint? Maganda ba yung quality ng foil stamp nila?

January pa naman ako mag sesend ng invitation pero ayoko sana ma-bitin kasi I need to send them by post.

Sa wakas natapos na din ang invitation design. Kailangan na lang maghanap ng printer. I got a quote with printsonalities, they quoted 25k for everything: 100pc, 4 pc set, embossed envelope, gold foil stamping for names of bride and groom and envelope liners.

Ganito ba talaga ang price for that?

Can someone suggest a printing service?

^Hi sis, parang Printsonalities is one of the more expensive suppliers. You may try Neonovelties baka they can give you a better rate. I saw their prints and nice naman quality.

Hi Sis LilaFowler, go for Unifair in Binondo, it might be cheaper.  Mine is 6" x 8", 3 pages, main page is foil stamped and dry embossed, envelope has foil stamped initials and envelope liner.

We're getting 170 pcs. and its definitely for alot less than you mentioned.

Hi b2bs! When is the best time to distribute the wedding invitations? Iniisip ko kasi baka 'too early' or 'too late' naman. TIA! 😊

Depends on where you're guests are coming from. I think 8-12 weeks before is good. RSVP deadline 4 weeks before, latest 2 weeks.

I sent Save the Dates very early, 9 months before the wedding for my A-List and 6 months for my B-List. We are having a destination wedding.

compared to suppliers who get as pricey as 200aed per set, I feel like you will get more value with her. 120pesos ang soft na pocket fold (with envelope). 135pesos ang hardbound na bifold, 175 ang trifold na hardbound and ang booktype nila is 200pesos (5pages). ang booktype nila is like a story book, if you fancy something different. Since we are having a small wedding and most invitees are families so we can order 50-75 lang.

When is your RSVP deadline? How many weeks before the wedding?

I put 5 weeks before to give us time to prepare place cards, welcome kits etc.

Masyado bang maaga? Pero I was thinking if 5 weeks before di pa sila nakabook ng flights may sa malamang di na pupunta

Saan maganda ang Save the Dates e-vites? Sept. 2017 pa ang wedding ko pero madami kasi kaming friends and fam na galing abroad so plan ko magsend in two weeks time ng electronic Save The Dates to those who will be coming from abroad.  Maganda sana yung from paperlesspost.com pero medyo mahal. Paano ba ang magandang electronic Save The Dates, sisses? Thanks!

LilaFowler: Thanks sis! Meron nakong peg pero yung final design wala pa. Pwede rin naman sana ako gumawa ng invites namin kaso medyo kulang kasi ako sa creativity. hehe. Goodluck din sayo sis!

Plan ko RSVP deadline namin is 3-4 weeks before the wedding. Wala naman na kasi kaming relatives na manggagaling abroad. Pero need pa kasi namin idiscuss yung seating arrangement with our coordinator and caterer. Feeling ko kasi pag 2 weeks magagahol na kami.

Share ko lang, we got Booked Prints. We were quoted Php19.8k for 100 pcs invitation with stamp, 30 pcs missalette, Table Assignments Card, and wedding guest book. All of these will be customized according to our motif and theme.

But we are planning to add 'Here comes the bride' banner, table number, and Menu Card. I will be asking another quotation including those.

We find it hard pala to look for a printing supplier na walang minimum. Mukhang malabo na e-invites kami for all. Sa bridal fair pa lang naman kami nag check, hopefully pag nag walk-in kami sa suppliers di na ganun. Ang ganda sana mag invest sa invites dahil uso ngayon yung mga super nice na design/style, but pag naiisip ko na itatapon lang nakakahinayang.. Di money and earth friendly Kaya sana makahanap na kami ni h2b.
