I agree with sis pinkonearth. Nung nagpreprep ako ng excel file for the budget sa invitations, P60 lang yung budget ko per piece tapos may side comment pa ako na "should be cheap because easily thrown." But then my fiance told me na wala daw kaming makukuhang ganon kamura na decent tignan. Hahaha. Ang reason ko kasi, ayun nga, tinatapon lang naman ng mga guests yung invitations eh. Parang ayoko magsplurge sa mahal na invites when I can alot the extra money to other suppliers. That's for me ha. Pero in the end, tinaasan namin ang budget to maximum of P95 per piece. we're also planning to send e-invites na lang to other guests. Yung hard copies, mostly sa Principal and Secondary Sponsors and close relatives.

^Kami rin ganyan ang thinking, itatapon lang kasi after.. May nakita kaming supplier na may 85php na invite na mukhang classy looking naman, sabi lang ni h2b di daw ganun kalinis yung pagkakaprint. If you look at the words closely daw medyo may maliliit na parang hibla hibla. Though sabi ko naman, I don't think people would notice. Ako nga di ko napansin yun until he pointed it out to me. Di pa namin sila binobook though, hanap pa kami ng iba, issue din kasi yung chinese page kelangan kami daw mag provide pag dito sa supplier na ito e.

sis cc1818! Ours is 52 pesos lang! 3 pc invites (main, entourage, rsvp) with envelope. Print & Co. 65 pesos talaga sila pero di muna ako nag deposit, naghintay ako ng bridal fair. Ayun, bwala 52 pesos each! <3

Pangit ba pag loose page ang invite? Or mas ok ba talaga yung parang may pocket type yung invitation?

^ I think depends na lang din sa budget and preference niyo. I think common na din ang loose page invitation nowadays. Kami nag loose page invitation, digital print invites. So far okay naman yung layout na sinend sa amin.

Hi sissies! Baka may ma-recommend kayo na high quality printing press? Actually, most of the invites namin we decided na digital na lang para tipid pero magpapaprint kami at least 20 for the principal sponsors and souvenirs namin kaya gusto namin maganda talaga yung kakalabasan. We already have a design c/o h2b. Super thankssss!!!

I just want to share my invites. This is just a mock up and printed at home. I will get them professionally printed. The font/print is not yet final. I want the bride and groom's name to be gold stamped. I might put a map too pag sinipag ako.

I could not make myself spend 10k just on design so I bought the graphic elements and put them together myself. I spent 600 pesos.

I will use the same elements for the place cards, escort cards and missalette.

Any comment or suggestion is appreciated.

Next step is to design the envelope liner and graphic elements on the envelope p itself.

Our was done by Solidprints. I like the concept and layout of our invites, but the prints  Di maganda gawa ni solidprints, malabo tapos manipis yung papel, ok lang san ana manipis, pero super labo ng print nya. Service, matagal magreply, pero super thanks pa din kasi diniliver nya personally sa bahay kasi holiday.

Good thing nagpa print ako sa iba, same layout except that its hardbound with foil stamping, ayun maayos ang print, para sa mga principal sponsors.

ours are maded by Kenneth uy invites. maganda nanamn yung paper, but be sure na check all the details. kasi ang bilis nila gumawa, kung ano yung type mo, ayun na talaga ang lalagay nila.

for our other printing needs, natuwa naman kami sa invitation madness.

Hi girls.. if I may ask, how much ba dapat ang iba-budget for a nice invitation? let's say 30 pcs na simple but elegant lang na print. wala pa kasi akong idea kung nasa anong range lang dapat ang ideal. TIA!

sobrang stressed na ako sa invitation namin! huhu kulang na sa time, since target date namin for distribution is 1st week of Sept so dapat for printing na kami ngayon but still hindi pa din ako satisfied sa final layout ng invitation supplier namin  gusto ko na mag-cancel sa kanila but worry ko super delayed na kami sa timeline namin

sa ibang invitation suppliers ba if pipili na lang kami sa existing designs nila, kaya naman i-print in 3 weeks?

Girls, target namin is 200 guests, ilan dapat yung invites? is 150 okay?or marami na? dapat ba 100 lang?

^Nakausap ko before yung global invitations, ang recommended nila is 60% of your guest count ang number of invitations. Pero up to you naman yun, you could also try counting by family if alam nyo na ilan sila, then add per couple or group tapos lagyan nalang ng buffer

^^ MS_JanDel agree with meixin same approach we did, dun sa list of guests binilang namin ilan yung bibigyan namin ng hard copy ng invites - family, relatives, principal sponsors, entourage. Then most of our friends, send na lang namin yung e-card ng invite.

Ako din I'm trying to create our own invitation. Humanap lang ako ng template online and edit edit na lang para sa ibang details. Nanghihinayang din kasi kami gumastos. Aim lang naman namin bigyan is yung mga oldies and primary sponsors. Yung iba, personal invite na lang.

yung samin kasi, may kaartehan ng konti kasi may theme. not sure lang kung talagang mura yung kuha namin for P95 na invite.

a_recruitment - sis ganyan din nangyari samen, kulang na kulang sa oras. In the end hindi masyadong napamigay yung mga invites. I'm not pressuring you, gusto ko ikwento sayo yung samen para wag ka na ma stress. I dont know how it goes in your family. Pero ako nung nakuha ko yung soft copy, gumawa na ko ng event sa facebook, upload sa soft copy of the inviation, put all the details, invited all the guest, tapos nilagay ko na pasensya na po kung hindi na namen maiibigay personally yung invitation kasi we have a limited time (since we are overseas). Yung principal sponsor nalang, pina ship ko nalang yung mga invitation nila. And that's it, no one asked for their invitation na. 

Kaya I have around 40 inivitation with me, hindi naipamigay. Sayang. Pero ang mahalaga, hindi ko na masyadong inistress yung sarili ko.

Naging madali pa samen yung Event sa facebook kasi doon na kame nag RSVP, madami na agad nag confirm at reject.

So ang nangyari samen, modern world na talaga, you don't really need to send invites. Lahat ng tao nag co-communicate na thru facebook.
