i'm regularly using tret now but became curious sa cosrx bha kasi parang nagwowork naman sa kapatid ko. can i use the bha during off days ko sa tret (which is every 3 days?) or masyadong overkill na yun mga sis? thanks!

Sis you can search on Sis Ataypools posts, kase sya yung naaalala kong gumagamit ng tret and BHA... pati nga ata Vit C and AHA.

How long have you been on tret sis? Personally, I wouldn't use BHA na on my off-days (which you say is every 3 days, tama ba pagkakaintindi ko?). I would dedicate nalang those days to non-actives... Yung mga soothing, hydrating products, ganyan. Pero that's me ha, 'cause I have very sensitive skin. Saka if it's every 3 days BHA lang naman, baka di rin maging effective. I would suggest siguro pag-alternate mo Tret and BHA, then saka may rest day. Para hindi overkill.

^Sis ako kahit 2x a week lang ang BHA super ok ang result.  Kasabay din nya that day ang AHA.

Hi Planning to get pregnant ako. So no-no sa akin gamitin yung CosRX BHA and AHA? Yun CosRX pa naman na brand, lagi may promo sa watsons korea.

^ BHA max content na pwede is 2%, AHA naman 10%. Although if you're extra extra cautious, wag nalang gumamit.

^sis what brand ng bha ang gamit mo? Kasi i'm on the hunt for a good bha.. dati i used zo te pads kaso it's quite pricey so i'm looking for a cheaper alternative. Parang same concept sila ng cosrx pads, effective ba siya? O mas ok yung cosrx bha blackhead power liquid? Tia.

4mos na ako on tret sis. ah so it's better na it's just one or the other pala. drying ba ang bha? i asked my mom and sabi niya (she's a derma) na pwede naman na mag bha on off days sa tret though i also want to know yung mga experiences ng iba haha.

but if i were to choose between them, i would go na lang for tret kasi i'm really into anti aging now that i'm in my late 20s. gusto ko naman ang effects ng tret. glowing ang face ko hahaha.

^Sis mostly na nababasa ko drying daw talaga ang BHA (may nabasa ako comparing different brand of BHA), but with my experience naman with Cosrx di ko naramdaman yun.  Mild ata kase yung Cosrx compared to other brands? Not sure.  But so far sa kin ok sya.  Mas nakakaramdam pa ako ng medyo kakaiba sa AHA (very slight lang).

Nope Sis.  Kaya di ako makacomment sa tret hehe
Pero I believe na iba iba kase effect niyan sa atin since we have different skin from each other.  I have normal to dry (dry during cold months).  Concern ko is uneven skin tone, a little bit of bumps sa forehead (na wala na ngayon thanks to Cosrx Bha and AHa), ofcourse lines (tumatanda na haha!).

^^ Okay lang naman BHA and Tret sis.. Ang akin lang, mas maganda sana kung may rest day din from both. That's just me ha, since I have extra sensitive skin. But if your skin could tolerate naman both w/o pahinga, go lang. Ang maganda din dun sa Cosrx, if that's what you plan on trying, it's the milder form of BHA.

Re BHA/AHA and tret, sa akin is better not on the same night and if there's micropeeling or redness, ibang non-active or hydrating products for the skin to 'heal'. Nandun pa rin naman ang glow and firmness sa akin maski twice a week lang ako sa tret and AHA. Preference ko is AHA more than BHA because of the purging I get from BHA which takes weeks to heal ang nag-iisang spot.

Sisses ano sa cosrx na bha ang ok in terms of zapping active acne? [textspeak!] cosrx pads o yung cosrx bha blackhead power liquid? Or any bha you can recommend, i tried paula's choice 2% pero hindi ko siya feel parang may oily film sa face. Mas gusto ko yung aha weekly resurfacing treatment kaso hindi ko alam where to buy paula's choice items here in philippines.

^^ the most talked out tret is retin-a. The 0.05% is available sa mga drugstores sa pinas.

^yes BHA for exfoliation and tretinoin for renewal. Pag exfoliated skin better for the products to penetrate the skin layers.
