Issue for me if it smells and looks yucky and there's an object that shouldn't be there (mold, hair, etc). I trust that the sheet masks have been sanitised and the germs killed by preservatives. May mga ibang western brands din na outsourced nila sa Korea, Japan, Taiwan etc ang kanilang sheets and I don't think na Korean brands lang affected.

I'm based overseas; I buy from w2beauty, strawberrynet, wishtrend, gmarket, yesstyle and qoo10.

I am now getting people to try snail mucin. haha. So namimigay ako ng samples ng Scinic Snail AIO ampoule, Cosrx 92 AOI snail cream sa friends ko. Naiintriga na daw sila kasi bakit daw puro snail ang post ko sa FB.

For those interested in incorporating chemical exfoliants sa skincare nila, just be cautious in layering them. My tip is to spot treat and wag pagsabay sabayin if you find it too harsh. And always, always wear sunscreen.

My routine is something like this.

Everyday
AM: Cleanser>toner>moisturizer>sunblock

MWF
PM: oil/balm cleanser>foam cleanser>toner>tretinoin

TTH
PM: oil/balm cleanser>foam cleanser>toner>bha>essence>serum>emulsion>moisturizer

Weekends
PM: oil/balm cleanser>foam cleanser>toner>vitamin c serum>bha>aha>essence>serum>emulsion>moisturizer

During weekends ko ginagamit lahat ng exfoliants para di ako masyado exposed sa sun. Except for the vitamin C serum, kapag nagbabalat na face ko, I spot treat with AHA and BHA. I don't smear it on my whole face. No problem naman kung ilagay mo sila both sa whole face but if you find it too harsh, do spot treatment.

How do you do spot treatment?

Example: yung bha since it targets blackheads, sa nose and cheek area ko lang sya gamit. Pag may closed comedones ka, aha is better for those so ako sa forehead and chin ko naman sya nilalagay.

Same with tret if hindi kaya ng whole face mo.

Slowly build it up and find what works for you. Wag mo biglain lalo na pag first time mo to use chemical exfoliants.

^^ Kahapon ko lang nabasa [textspeak!] sheet mask scandal na  yan. Mej kadiri nga yung picture na may buhok.  Buti di na nga ako masyadong gumagamit ng sheet masks. For most days, I do the Chizu Saeki-style sheet mask with Hada Labo. Pag sinipag, mix of Hada Labo + Scinic + facial oil.

Thanks for sharing your routine sis Snix. Super kapa pa ko sa routine na to. Then recently lang bumili ako ng Derm A tret yung 0.025% lang. Gagamitin ko sana sa pimples ko. Eh kaso hindi ko alam kung san ko ipapasok yung mga acids at tret at kund pano ko iaaalternate.

Mga sis ask ko lang, naexperience nyo na ba yung skin colored tiny bumps sa forehead then one by one nagkakapustules sya? Tuwing gagamitin ko yung secret key first treatment essence tinutubuan ako ng ganun sa noo. At first kala ko sa environment lang kaso pag tinitigil ko nawawala. Sayang naman buti na lang talaga sample size palang binibili ko.

Sis sa market market. Ang dami dun pati yung 0.05%. Haha funny pa nga nung SA todo pigil sya saken na bumili nun matapang daw ganyan mag olay na lang daw ako sabon at cream lang daw.

^ Okay ang tretinoin sis. Yung sakin kasi .05 pero naghahanap ako ng .025 kasi nag-add na ko ng AHA sa routine ko. Basta wag mo pagsabay-sabayin ang pag introduce ng acids and tret. Sanayin mo muna skin mo then saka ka magdagdag.

Ano kaya magandang moisturizer for oily skin? Gel type/water based/oil free sana. Natry ko na iwhite pero naghahanap pa ko ng iba kasi di ko siya kasundo

Sis stradivarus, anong madio badescu yan? Currently mga natry ko na sharks oil, egytian magic pati yung bl chinese cream pero bumabalik hindi talaga nawawala eh. Umiimpis lang then may tutubo ulit kumpol pa. Thanks!

Hi sis, try mo yung Mizon Snail Recovery gel cream or Clinique Dramatically Different moisturizing gel. There's also Holika Holika moistfull collagen gel but I haven't tried that one.

^ Kapag nakasundo mo ang tret, you may find na hindi mo na kelangan mag-add pa ng acids. hehe

Almost ahat ng ireco dito, patola ako. I ordered yung tota, I got it today, I just used it now. May breakout din ako sa baba with scars eh. Wish me luck! Mag-share ako feedback after a week or two. Umorder na ako nung C20, kasi tinry ko kagabi yung Eden's Paradise ko na Statheros, nagbutlig nanaman ako sa cheeks. Natatakot na ako mag break out, malaki na nagastos ko. Buti na lang dumating yung tota today. Twice a day ba ito?

Sephora Philippines has Liquid Gold, not sure about other sellers. BHA is Paula's Choice, ok naman but will replace it with CosRX because it's gentler. Yes I apply it before my fte and serum.

My fte's are Iope, CosRX and sum37 but Iope and CosRX lagi ko ginagamit. Sum37's FTE was hyped by a lot of bloggers pero may alanganin ako, but I like the cleansing stick and the essential sunblock (creamy, no white cast, spreads easily, my favourite).
